My TO in Brazil uses a ruleset specifically to deal with Steve mining, even though we have no Steve mains in the city 😂🎉 The stages are: Battlefield (Regular, Small and Omega form, to not have FD) and the AC stages (Smashville and Town and City). No counterpicks ofc, all starters, very neat but lacks a bit of pizzaz, if you ask me

Nah, actually it's the best, because while my opponent is trying to avoid the giant go thingie and be safe, I run out of the platform and get a side B immediatly into him, so I can always start the game at advantage state, and I don't need to bother with neutral 😂🎉

Great video, but you left out a few that I'd like to mention. Samus: Her bombs and Charge Shot do most of the work, she also has her D Tilt or N Air to cover and a powerful spike just in case Bayonetta: She can combo you absurdly easy, use Witch Time to annoy you even more, and use her bullets to annoy you EVEN MORE Sora: He has an absurd aerial combo game, super floating jumps, he can take you down with his Up B like Link, he has 3 different projectiles and a counter, he can easily become a wall of pain Jigglypuff: basically the same as Sora but without projectiles or counter, in exchange for (almost) infinite air time Villager: Well, what can I say? Side B covers horizontally, F air and B air with very annoying projectiles, excellent Up B to not be at risk, his N air interrupts everything, his D Aid vs a spike, his Forward Smash is very powerful and completely covers the vertical under the edge, HAS THE [redacted) TREE TO COVER MORE ANGLES KILLING ABSURDLY EASY c'mon, what else do they want? Pikachu: Thunderjolt, although it has gravity, can be used with two jumps to cover a lot of distance and eliminate second jumps. Its aerial game is absurd with a very fast recovery and a poserfull spike, and well, has Thunder to make a wall of damage in front or hit too hard, and speaking of walls... Luigi's Grab (not even the character, his entire edge guard (and his entire game plan) is based on that thing) Steve: ... Just that, Steve... Do... I need to say anything else? OR IS THERE ANOTHER CHARACTER WHO CAN LITERALLY PUT UP A WALL OR BLOCK THE EDGE *AND* OUTRUN THE FASTEST AND MOST UNPREDICTABLE RECOVERYS BY USING JUST *_ONE_* MOVE FROM HIS ENTIRE [redacted] KIT, and that's without mentioning his nasty D Tilt, his D Smash, the Minecart, the TNT, the Anvil, Recovering with the Brawl MK's glide in 1 sec, or the fact that he can use Smash attacks to edgeguard you while HE'S off stage

@@Delta_064 This video’s specifically about edge guarding from on stage but yeah I could have had some of those characters in the video it just would have taken longer & it already took forever to make 😁
@Delta_0642 күн бұрын
@@paristrats I understand (and I actually forgot it was from the stage XD) but even so, several like Villager, Steve or Samus can still do a big party of it from the stage (and Steve technically has an infinite stage to do it, so would that count?)

Great video, that Rosalina tech is crazy. I think two framing is edge guarding because they don’t get their double jump back so it’s like they never grabbed the ledge
