I really hope that you will read my comment and be able to answer what kind of device you use to burn the top of the cake. I've never seen anything like it. I would really like to know the detailed name of this device.
Once again the Bilson Rollers make my day by baking cakes that are full of flavour and probably taste absolutely delicious especially the Lemon one.
