@@MrRaptor35 the grommet screws into the mic/charge port to make it waterproof if using under water and the metal disc is used to unscrew the grommet

When you're using Apple Car Play or Android Auto does the tire pressure stay on screen somewhere? Or do you have to navigate to it to check?

@@tsherm7 perfect, had them in Germany in July, 33 degrees and performed great. Being gortex it lets your feet breath. Far better than the year before where I had summer motorcycle boots that performed rubbish.

@@dumbhairybiker 😂 knowing the bikes not the weight of the 1200 my confidence just switched to deliberately finding the gravel and mud to ride through. Strange feeling to find the tyres just grip the gravel and mud.

The IRC tyres wont discharge the mud to well and you end up with slicks lol Trackes are 100% better if offroad a lot

Thats a nice little toy. I never done offroading but the first thing i would do, get into the forrest. Chacing rabbits or a deer or two. And prob later trying outrun the cops. That would be fun. Watching in the mirror a cop on his big fat bmw trying to catch up on a slippery muddy forest road. The only way to learn anything is just go for it full blast. Btw. I keep hearing boxing day. What does that mean. We just got two x mas days here. That being the netherlands

@ we did those a few years ago and decided it was too much for the group, we prefer to take in the scenery, have plenty of stops and like earlier ends to the day so we get down time together at the hotel to reflect and chat. Don’t think my arse could take 500 miles nowa days 😂

I’ve done multiple cross-country trips (US and Canada). I always wanted to do a trip with one or two companions, but finding anyone who can mesh with your travel dates, riding style and distance per day is a major challenge.

Had one for a couple of years when they were first released, used it for green laneing, never let me down. I only sold it on as I picked up an ankle injury that put an end to my off road adventures. You'll enjoy it I'm sure

If you need internet access on your navigation phone, use your regular phone as a hotspot and connect the navigation phone to it. This way, you'll always have internet access on your navigation device when needed.

Please please please please please please, I appeal to you as a Metal polisher. Refrain from using Harpic on pipes. It only makes the metal more porous and attracts more dirt. It also will make the steel more brittle if used regularly. The best place for Harpic is the place it was designed for......down your toilet or drain. I really should make my own video on this as it grips my pwp how the internet clings to this awful mantra.

@@Scarletpimp72 thanks for the comment 👍🏻 I use it about once every 2 years and have done for all my bikes. I don’t keep them long enough to see after 10 years if the metal is affected, one thing I have wondered if it is that strong on metal surely you could dissolve a body with it 😂

Just rewachted the france tour again. Alby talks about his bike hope she,s ok. Thats kinda funny, cause when bikes get nicknames its often female names. I do like nicknames for bikes. There,s always a story behind it. Any of your group members have nicknamed there bikes? I finaly at 60 got the bike i always wanted. A rough unforgiving riding xs650 chopper. I named her bouncing betty Not because she has good suspencion, but rather lack off.
