Speaking truth again! you deserve the truth. you my never get it from her. but you know that. it seems she has severe Narcissistic personality disorder. it's a thing, protect yourself, i really do not trust her. and i feel your are right in that she would prolly not treat you right, she has major issues. Thank God you have so much loving family. and so much self-love.

You are so right on! every word you spoke resonates truth. it seems your bio-mom has a severe case of Narcissistic personality disorder. i see all the signs.( if you haven't already researched that subject) i lived with one for many years and they are SO fake and have many people fooled by their acting. God is good and you have so many that love you! you are a shining light , such a great reflection of our Creator! Your family are so blessed to have your ever-loving presence.

There are a lot of gaps in the story. I hope you will eventually be able to talk about who your mom is and her explanation for her leaving you in the van. It seems you have a lot of Nigerian DNA. Are your parents immigrants? Wish you the best!

Hey Sis, I met my birth mother 31 years ago. You are a courageous and inspirational young woman. I have maintained a relationship with her over the years. I am so grateful that I met my family. I can relate to so much of your story. My birth mother is 91 and was recently hospitalized following a stroke. I may be saying goodbye to her soon. I am so grateful that I set out on that journey to find her 31 years ago. Yes, you are going to be alright . In fact, you are already okay. The creator brought us here; we were perfect and already had everything we needed to be whole within us. Finding my birth mother was a part of my story of knowing that all is in divine order and it's my divine birthright to be happy and to recognize I am whole. I appreciate you sharing these videos. I am 65 now but I was your age when I sought and found my birth mom and family. My birth family are so special to me and they are the special gift that came from this reunion. May the universe continue to bless you....this is and will always be the journey of my lifetime. Peace!

Why did you even bother to find her if you were going to hold onto bitterness towards her? And maybe she would have gotten to that space before you found her. You haven't forgiven her or worked through your trauma nor has she. She was young and you have no idea what age went through. A lot of times we expect people to act like us, think like, or do what we would do, but it won't work like that. I could see if she was nasty and hateful after you found her, but it seems like she is trying and you are holding onto the hurt.

Seems like there are secrets. Including your adoptive mother. She is related and from the same town but found you abandoned? What are the chances of that? To watch you grow up and not see any resemblance.

I can feel your pain without experiencing what you went through emotionally. You need to heal. To do that Toraisa, think about the positive more in your life story than the negative and completely forgive your biological mum. Talk more about how she played a part in your existence than where she completely failed. For example, imagine your biological mum discretely terminates your life without anyone suspecting it. But she didn't take it away from you. It seems to me that you appreciate and are enjoying your life now than your bitter life experience. Preserving your life played a huge part and you can now talk about it. I listened to this video again and again, I recognized that you talk more about abandonment and the more you talk about negativity the more anger and despair you will feel. Now that you know everything about yourself, talk more positively about your biological mum to heal. There are so many positive things in you that you can only get it through the same DNA you shared with her. Talk about it. Hopefully, this will make a massive difference and help you to have a relationship with your biological family and in turn, put closure to your pain.
