안녕하세요. 😊 버터는 울월스나 콜스 알디 아무데서나 언솔티는 버터로 사셔서 만드시면 됩니다. 브랜드별로 맛이 조금 다르기는하지만 큰 차이는 없었습니다. 저는 알디 버터를 많이 사용했었습니다. 루팍버터는 맛있었지만 풍부한 맛 덕분에? 저한테는 많이 느끼했었습니다. 개인적인 차이는 있으니 연습하실 때 바꿔서 해보시면 좋을거 같습니다!!

I used soft buttercream for icing cake and piping flowers. Only I used with glossy buttercream which I add hard butter when my customer asked me to make glossy flowers. Bcoz glossy buttercream tastes bit buttery. So I don’t use it for icing inside of cake sheets. Thank you for your comment and I am sorry I was too late to reply your question.

Wearing gloves is completely wasteful and just puts more plastic products into the environment. Just wash your hands.

@@LisaABill You're right. Indeed, it's preferable to use clean hands. Latex gloves can be washed and reused several times, and cotton gloves are also washable and reusable. My hands became very dry and sore from baking so much. I applied hand cream and medication to alleviate the discomfort. Wearing gloves helped protect my hands, ensuring cleanliness and safety when handling food. Thank you for watching my video and for your comments. 😊

안녕하세요. ^^ 남은 버터크림은 주방랩에 적당량을 넣고 싸서 냉동 보관합니다. 다음날 쓰시면 컨테이너나 스텐볼에 냉장보관도 괜찮습니다만, 꼭 냄새가 스며들지 않도록 잘 밀봉해서 냉장 또는 냉동하시면 됩니다. 주의할 점은 다시 꺼내서 쓰실 때는 실온에 두고 버터크림이 부드러워진 상태에서 쓰셔야합니다. 그렇지 않고 차가운 상태에서 억지로 주걱으로 풀려고하면 분리현상이 일어나 버터크림에 물이 생깁니다. 궁금한 점 있으시면 또 댓들 남겨주세요. 감사합니다 😊
