In this video, I used two types of buttercream: glossy buttercream for piping flower and soft Italian buttercream for the inside of cake sheets which is I mixed with soft butter to the meringue. While some customers prefer the glossy buttercream boz it looks more luxury and shiny, but it is important to note that it can be quite greasy or buttery. In terms of taste, the buttercream mixed with soft butter offers a richer, creamy and more delicious flavor than glossy buttercream. If you have more questions let me know it. 😉
