If the guy who was at Ohio State was the guy on film this year, he'd be a late round option. The games from 2024 watched were his game against Pittsburgh (0 TDs to 5 INTs), VT (2 TDs to 1 INT), Georgia Tech (4 TD to 0 INT) and Miami (3 TD to 0 INT). He has elite arm talent, great accuracy when stationary, quick through reads and resets his feet for every read and extends the play in the pocket quite well. He unfortunately makes Darnold-like mistakes when he doesn't anticipate the pressure correctly and his throw on the run accuracy isn't particularly great. He was doing the heavy lifting this year.

@@coltonvanburen9755 And this is also just an opinion of ours in regards to his grade. We don't consider what other analysts say about players and just watch what is on film. Another thing to consider is that coaching matters a ton, so if he goes to a place with poor coaching, I don't think he'll be great, but that's true with most quarterbacks, except true studs.

What exactly do you disagree with specifically with the grades? That is a fair point about Worthy producing in a similar situation, though. I do think the ankle injury he played through since November did affect his play, but his production profile is very poor compared to most prospects.

@@Sorci3 So, the DAWG factor was previously at 10 points, but wanted to add creativity to the mix, so made the DAWG factor 5 points and creativity 5 points. Creativity is the ability to make something out of nothing, create beyond what is blocked for you and improvise. While a couple of scores changed, no one moved out of a tier, so those remained the same.

@@Sorci3 And every grading scale is a work in progress until the end of time. The goal is to have it encompass everything that comprises what we look for in running backs that hit, attempt to weight these factors according to how important they are and finally to attempt to consistently (at least more often than not) have the players ranked higher hit more often and with higher uspide. One thing is that once we have the combine numbers, some of these projected scores will change, such as speed or agility, and once we have the actual draft, the draft capital could change for any prospects. Finally, landing spots could greatly affect the final rankings. An example from last year would be Xavier Worthy. I was very worried about him at the next level, but he went to Kansas City, and they generally use their players to their strengths, so he moved up the rankings post-draft.

@@coltonvanburen9755 Saw nothing but good in the sample size of games specifically grading James and he still popped in the games grading Tez and Gabriel. His burst is pretty elite IMO, but a lot of solid/good and not elite athleticism elsewhere. He constantly maximized yardage, man. It must've been in a couple of the games I didn't watch he was inconsistent. I believe you, though. 🔥

@@andrewmitra2899 My apologies. I meant 4th round, and that was per NFLDRAFTBUZZ. He actually grades as an 80 overall now, as the score for draft capital is a 2 and not a 3.

@@nickgraney6698 He has a ton of upside. I was a proponent of taking him because of Conner's injury history (he had NEVER played more than 13 games in a season until, of course, THIS season) and he looked great in limited usage this year, especially down the stretch. You could pivot off of him to attempt to get another RB, or whatever provides value for you with the mid 2nd, but I personally am high on him and there is absolutely the chance that he spikes in production. Last year was literally an anomaly for Conner to stay healthy, and with him getting even older, it's unlikely he plays an entire season again, which would lead to a ton of upside for Benson.

@@coltonvanburen9755 One possible reason for any inconsistencies between opinions is the sample of games viewed. For all prospects (unless specifically stated otherwise due to lack of ability to find film, etc.), a three to five game sample is used to evaluate the player. My new co-creator (will be announced shortly on the channel) and I try to use games vs. varying levels of competition and levels of success displayed in order to try to get a good guage on each player. What can happen is that players might not show certain tendencies at all or enough to warrent a demerit to their grade if the film watched happens to not show any specific issues. I wholeheartedly agree about the lack of lateral agility you mention specifically.

I think if he ends up on someone like the Jags he could def get some heavy workload even with BTJ there. He can consistently get open vs press and off coverage and has legit 4.3 speed to burn people. Route Running is great as well, his biggest knock is who he was playing against.

@@BookofJoshua4L I think so. I think Royals is a better route runner and is more pro-ready for immediate production at the NFL level than Moore was coming out of Maryland. That's a trend with newer prospects in general nowadays, though. Moore was constantly under appreciated and underrated in the NFL until he had that massive year with Fields.

I've watched a small portion of film on Harris and would much rather have Royals.

@@craig67212 It is generational because the definition of generational in regards to sports is "an athlete who is so talented that their skills are unlikely to be seen again in a long time." So, his speed is generational by definition. 🔥
