Is it still in your memory channel list?

Everytime I do that my M.DEL button is grayed out. Do you know what would be the cause?

If you were to delete channel 1 how would you do it? It is the default memory channel out of the box.

Antenna two "can" be selected as a bypass but, in normal use/operation, it is tuned as well. This means you can actually use the AT-100 as a switch allowing two antennas.

Ok. I must be an idiot because I can not get this working with my ft991a. Bought the data cable with the adapter from Mobilinkd but not getting any tone generation upon ptt activation. Trying to get it to work with RadioMail app.

FYI When you say your call sign it sounds like you are saying KEY-E-6-V-R-K. I asked my wife to listen to you pronounce your call without telling her what it was and she too thought you said Key instead of Kay. Thank you for turning off the beeps.

Great video. Still looking for more tips like : SQUELCH (what to set it to/does it have an effect), Beacon TXT purpose and use, MUTE APRS - does that have any effect - hard to send when continuously getting incoming signal changing the screen.

I got the cable from Ham Radio outlet. You can get the cable online from just about anywhere. I have made one, but it is a hassle.

Where did you get the cable from the 10 pin to 6 pin to the mobilinkd tnc, I got the tnc coming in just need to get that one cable

Well I'll be a son of a gun. I've had an iPad Pro for years, but it got beat to death, and I finally replaced it a couple weeks ago with a more recent, refurbished one. My first iPad with USB-C. So, like, I had NOTHING that worked with it. Apple Pencil is Lightning, & isn't recognized with Apple Lightning-to-USB-C adapter. Was getting disheartened, thinking I'd have to get a FocusRite or some crazy baloney to use this with FT8, Morse, etc. Well, I had a USB-whatever-used-to-go-into-printers to USB-C cable. Plugged it in. Answered the pop-up question with "Headphones". Just had successful tests with both CW and FT8! Granted, FTdx3000, but I'm sure the FT-991A will behave the same (has with Linux laptop, so why not).

It installs, works, and I have similar static on my screen. My curiosity now is more focused on the app you used and how to use this application to show meaningful data on the screen. What type of signal would I need to do that? I tried several signals with what sounded like morse code, but only got random letters and characters. Do you have another video that would go over that part more? Thank you.

on my radio there are 8 g m r s channels listed as r p t channels 15 -22 and you have my little brother his big brother is 45 watts and on like midland there is a real tec. at a 1 800 number to call and he built the radio nice presentation

Kinda clear as mud. I have one of these and I LOVE it, even though I'm sure I'm missing a lot of what this analyzer can do. I opted for this easy-to-use analyzer instead of any of the Rig Expert analyzers. Maybe down the line, I may go for a Rig Expert. I've only been a General for about three months, and into HF for the same three months. Can you say "newbie"?

One other setting I change is APRS Mute (#8 I think, I don’t have my radio in front of me) which mutes the sounds when an APRS packet is received.

and the one thing he did not tell you if he turn's it on and talks on it the f c c will remove it from it and take him too jail for trans mitting with a license I have bacley the same radio and i have a license stuped did not read any thing
