@BradPhilpot2 күн бұрын
If you mean stock as in a generator engine - probably too many differences to go into. The engines have to be the race version, built and sealed by one of the designated engine builders like RPM / GXT etc. You can get them second hand for around £450 on eBay for example.

Still attract various kart legends and top race drivers out in those cus of how amazing it is... GET IN !! ! ! ! At least what you do is not in the right directly... Now just all about going up in category within that era ;) 8-9 August, 100cc, Euro GP, all the best top drivers of the 100 series from around europe, its the biggest event in all europe.. Its not for fun its refered to as the golden era of karting... While in college I was a part time house painter to make some extra cash. Hi Brad, not sure if you were able to fix the pedal screws issue, but if I were you I would try the following: 1 - Let's say the bolt is 8mm diameter. With a 10mm drill bit, drill a hole (paralel to the ground) from one side to the other. 2 - Ask a friend with a lathe to machine a brass or aluminiun bushing with say 9.99mm OD and 8.01 ID. 3 - Insert the bushing through the hole, maybe with some loctite to keep it in place 4 - put the bolt through the hole that now should be paralel Does that make sense ? Sorry for butting in but I think bending the bolt will cause you lots of issues. Let me know what you think.

Side pod bar mounts- we had to fabricate a new one from galvanised 20mm conduit tube and a pipe bender, we then made elbow plates. The plates were bolted to the side pods, only then did we tig the elbows to the mounted pod bar, fits perfect and it's level to the ground

@@BradPhilpot Use windscreen adhesive- masking tape under the seat for both bolt mounts, apply a large blob of windscreen adhesive (shore value 70-90) to the large plastic washer sitting on the frame, bolt seat at the back, lower seat to it's final positon. Allow adhesive to go off for 24 hrs, drill bolt holes through the shaped rubber spacer, remove masking tape now you have a rubber spacer perfectly matched to the seat and frame.
