Changing the axle is the worst nightmare of a karter. I had that last race, also had to replace the cracked seat and try to straighten a 2 cm bent chassis ...

@@OnTheMoveTransport I will definitely continue. There aren’t any other series I’m Interested in which work for me financially. I’m not keen on retro / classic karting and I already have all the kit for GX.

If your worried about your sticker kit I put clear vinyl on mine every time it gets rubber on it peel it off and relay it 👍

Great video, but too much red mist in race 3 which never helps for making good decisions. I take it the karts livery is Hamilton inspired, looks good.

Thank you! In my defence, I’d just thrown away the win in race 2 and rushed to fix the kart for the next 45 mins - and was also getting driven into a bit during the race, so the red mist, although quite rare for me, was mainly venting frustration (which tends to help me concentrate rather than bottling it up). The livery wasn’t Hamilton inspired at all - although I’ve been sent an image of his helmet which looks similar.

Is this the 200 unrestricted? Is there any advantage going for the 200 restricted but less weight?

Yes this is 165kg 200cc unrestricted. There’s probably some advantage to going 200 restricted on the twistier tracks. But on higher speed ones I think unrestricted is the way to go.

I may not know about the racing rules and tactics much but u definitely want to say this, do what you are good at, you know your set of rules, you know your style of racing and just follow that, at the end I promise you’ve achieve the win🤍
