Nice to see the big Hunslets still working. When we did this tour, No1 Janus was just been brought in from the strapline. Nice to see it working now.

I don’t no about you but parts of this place was like a movie set. I don’t think I have ever been on a workplace so gigantic in all my life. Good too see though it still holding on with the rail contracts it has

Great video, despite its decline in recent years, it's good to see some freight still moving through here!

Love the torpodoe wagons. Used to drive the hot metal trains at the River Don Works Sheffield in the late 1970's. Visited Scunthorpe Works during that period too.

It’s like a film set in some areas. Did you enjoy your time working there back in the 70s. Shefield I think produced stainless steel.

I got there late due to services cancelled so other services running late on passenger trains so I didn’t get much filmed. There was a fault with the signalling system

Progress Rail have done a tidy job on converting those class 69s from class 56s. Add to that, GBRF having fun with the liveries.

I love the wagon designs. A guy who works on the biomass told me that biomass explodes if it gets wet. Not sure about how true that is. But I love the smell when it goes past.

What a pile of junk rog haven’t got a clue on what to do with them Plus thay have a lot of issues that nr are not happy with them. Most new locos are in service within a few weeks of landing in the uk
@BegudMaximan-zp2tcАй бұрын
This class have displayed the propensity to clag smoke from entering service, less than desirable and a black mark for the engine power units fitted to them, compared to other classes of locomotives.
