Been struggling with leaks since switching to the cup 3 months ago. This finally fixed my issue - thanks so much! Other videos talked about running your finger around the rim when inserted but I have short fingers and couldn’t do it. The twist up, pull down, adjust combo worked wonders. Also, I realized I was pushing it up too high 🤣🤣 so glad you made this video.

I am 19 years oldnand i only leack whenever i lay down. But other time i Don't. The cupbis place right.cause i incert a finger and roted it 360. And make sure it placed and open fully and sealed. But why still its leacking? Shouldbi try harder cup? I am not physically very strong or active that my vagina will make pressure. Plz help me

I have been trying everything possible with my cup to open and on my last period I accidentaly tryed something that is making my cup open every single time on the first try- put it in your favorite fold, insert HALF way- so half of the cup is still outside of your vulva. Release it and wiggle it to open. Now just pust it by the pin inside to the place where you place it usually. It is much easyer to let it open while it is still partially outside so you can play with it with fingers. Hope it helps ❤

My cup leaks only when i wake up.. But it's not filled.. It's in exact postion.. It'll never leak during proper time but only when i wake up aftr sleep 🥲

Hi, William! The texture is best served right away but this also makes for a great meal prep. I’ve meal prepped this many times and it’s great to use any time you want to add in some extra protein and flavor

You can, but the texture won’t be as chewy. It will be more soft. But still tastes good. That’s how I did it for a while before I started baking it

I just read somewhere that it's very common for humans, when we change habits, for us to do well for a period of time, and then fall back into bad habits. It's very common to do this a few times, until the new habit finally sticks. So, your relapses are totally normal! And that just means that eventually sobriety will stick. This is exactly how it happened for me as well.
