Here are some cheap vegan meals on a budget to save you money. This budget vegan grocery haul came out to be $28 and made four dinner recipes that lasted all week. These dishes come out to be around $1.70 or less per serving.
I'll show you how to make a really healthy and filling bean chili, creamy butternut squash pasta, bean tostadas and creamy veggie orzo.

What supplements do I take?

Have you considered making your own sour cream/crema type sauce with soaked cashews, a little plant milk and lime juice? I don't like the cost of the store bought and also I eat very low oil and so many dairy subs use oil as their base so they are very calorie dense.

I love making cashew cream! I just didn’t have cashews on hand to make it and they’re a bit expensive up front and that sour cream was on sale that week - I had a coupon for it
