Sadly I have all these problems mentioned except jealousy. I've been trying my best to manifest my dreams and peace of life. I changed a lot positively which I am proud of. However after 6 years of trying to manifest, I'm in shock how I still do not have any balanced chakra.

Hi, why are most of the exercises only done on the right hand side, what about the left side?

Okay, it's almost ballet, but it's not as graceful or pretty to watch - it's not cardio - because the heartrate doesn't get high enough for that, i don't see a lot of work on flexibility here - and it's not strengthening/pushing large muscles of the body to maximum capacity at any point. What I see are gentle movements similar to yoga poses but in motion. It looks like a good introduction to exercise without the demand (or results) on the body that actual weight training, dedicated stretching or intense cardio produce. It's a little bit of something that's probably good for some things but not significantly transformative when related to any one particular aspect of physical achievement. However - this is a good start and moving the body .... but that's it - my opinion only.

It's funny on most the videos I watch, when it comes to rolling the back muscles, they always say about at bra stap as if everyone wears a bra, lol

Terrific. Intelligent, clear, thorough instructions. From 'a good teacher' who doesn't just try to show-off all she knows, but because she cares enough and wants to convey the therapy in such detail so maximum effect achieved on your own.

Excellent video. I found 2 of these rollers in a clinic's physio room, and wondered how I could use them. 6:30 I could've done with these when I had #ITBS (#RunnersKnee).

I was recently checking and not finding much material on TM and realized they highly control their IP & things. One fellow haviing studyied it , has butted heads with them and he's teaching it or variation of it advertised as "transcendence meditation' here on utube.

THere's another link which covers a lot more dirt on TM. With the love and respect I have had for meditation, am not taking it so seriously, same with mindfulness. I will post the link.

You will receive your own mantra from the TM master, as part of the initiation process. This is chosen and given to you personally.

Do you have to have the induction? That’s the part that makes me think it’s a slight money making scam, that you have to pay a credited TM representative. Can’t you just do the 2 x 20min Ohm mantra you discuss here?

I was taught 30 years ago. It can be a bit fluffy and woo woo - however it does work, calming, relaxing. A very good summary of TM

Hmm this is different to how TM was taught on the training I took. You don’t really keep repeating the mantra. You keep it in mind, and it becomes a vehicle to bring the mind to a calmer state. My mantra comes to my mind just like any other (non-verbal) thought. It’s like a sound coming to my mind. I don’t agree with how expensive TM trainings are, but the training I took many years ago is still ingrained in me.

It’s marked a 30 min exercise, but you spend so little time on some buts. Am I supposed to spend 30sec-2 min doing eack bit? If yes, it’s a lot longer than 30 min. The vid has to be paused often to finish the bit.

Thanks for sharing your knowledge. I feel that TM is hyped up though and has been turned into a business racket. Focusing on your breath, a body scan or the 'I' thought pretty much does the same job does it not?

Glad i watched this before I paid a lot for TM. In my intro the guy told me it was effortless and the mantra ‘charms’ the brain. To be honest it sounds like any other mantra meditation. It feels more like a commercial business - which is fine, but because of that there is a ‘pitch’ to sell it. Even to the point of dismissing similar meditation practises. ‘Oh no, that meditation is a poor copy of TM and won’t have the same effect’. Such a strong reaction back (won’t bore you with the transcript) it sounded very political. Clearly a clash between mantra and Beeja meditation and TM. It put me right off. So thank you for this clear description of how it feels to practise.
