BarreFloor is a fusion workout on the mat - without the need to use a ballet barre. This flowing 58 minute routine is performed to the beat of high energy dance music and taught by Emma Newham, founder of the BarreConcept Method - Europe's largest Barre instructor training organisation.
Using a combination of ballet moves, fitness exercises and Pilates principles, this is a fun but challenging session, which will tone, strengthen and stretch the body.
