Seem you didn't upgrade the camshaft and add bigger valve on it no wonder the acc is not that fast and get some 8.2:1 DCR is good enough fort that bike if you really want that thing had speed on middle to high RPM on it and Octane 95 should be enough :3

@cliveswabs ... Could you expand on this? .. What is a "vity" engine? .. We have 4 Zuma 49cc Scooters, (MY2001 & MY2002) each with big bore kits. . Here at Colorado's elevation of 8,200Ft, the 49cc engines have less grunt. .. The big bore kits added displacement does assist. .. 125 cc would be even better,,,, yet it appears to be a Zuma.... Take the little washer that’s behind the variator out and that will solve your problem. You’ll gain a good 5 mph. Mine topped out at 38 mph when the washer was in and went to 43 on flat after I removed it.
