Ive been holding off my kundalini awakening out of fear. Ive been in chronic back pain for about a month! I knew it was my sign to begin my awakening because the pain is coiled around my entire right side from the sole of my foot to my temple! I chose this video for the back pain and nervous system. The 11 moves showed me exactly where my energy is locked up! I feel so much relief and awareness! Im no longer afraid of this awakening. It has to happen if I want relief! Namaste

That’s great. The awakening is a process of stepping into your conscious. It’s more scarey to stay asleep.

Hello! I feel like a lot of kriyas are 11 minutes long, is there a significance to why this is shorter?
@YogaVisionOnline17 сағат бұрын
Meditations can be 3, 7 or 11 minutes. For videos I choose shorter times to help people feel a sense of accomplishment. Too much too soon usually doesn’t work well for beginners.

Can practicing a kriya for 40 days cause insomnia?
@YogaVisionOnlineКүн бұрын
Some kriyas are better done in the mornings. Some don’t work in the way we want them to. Some feel like they do nothing until much later. Others stir the pot really good. And other carry the junk away with no fuss. It’s amazing.

I saw a black door with light shining around it but I couldn't get to it to open. It was like there was something in front of it. Then it disappeared.

I did meditation today. Initially, I focused on my breathing and heartbeat, and after some time, I felt as though I lost myself somewhere. At certain moments, when I controlled breathing for a few seconds, my upper body (my head to back) began to move front and back at a high speed, a sensation I hadn’t experienced before. This movement was rapid, almost like the shaking we might feel during an earthquake. It was beyond my control. My lower body felt lighter during the meditation. I tried to experience it more, but it disappeared after a few occurrences. After my meditation for a few minutes, my mind stopped working. I was using my phone, but I was still in that zone. After a few minutes, I came back to the normal stage. I don't know what this whole experience was.

I recently started getting into meditation and Kundalini practice. i’m very new to this world and every time i’m doing this type of meditation i always tend to cry, all my emotions come to surface. is that normal? btw i love your videos!! ❤

Glad to have you with us. Totally normal, totally amazing. Discharging held energy (emotions/tears) is the beginning of the benefits. Keep going.

It's the most difficult exercise I've ever done with you! I can't inhale 4 times and move my hands at the same time. I barely can inhale 4 times being still...

Using the term self abandonment is a bit off for me that can actually cause more shame. Protection mechanisms and patterns established during childhood from extreme trauma is not self abandonment. Dissociation is not self abandonment. It was actually self protection which is not abandonment. It served a purpose brilliantly on many levels when it was initiated. It simply a pattern. A system shutting down or switching to survival based on trauma is not self abandonment. ❤

Breathwork is so amazing. I've been doing it for around 1 year and a 20 second exhalation is quite easy now along with up to a 2 minute breath hold. Inhalation on the other hand I can only do 8 seconds so far
