Today I truly noticed how Yoga has transformed my life. Some bad things happened at the doctor's office and I started crying and just couldn't stop. Was hyperventilating and everything. I went outside and sat down on the ground, cross-legged. Immediately I started noticing myself getting calmer. I just started doing Yoga there, right next to the entrance and didn't even care what other people might be thinking (which is a huge problem for me, that I always worry about seeming "weird"). Within five minutes I had completely calmed down and stopped crying.

This is just lovely! During the “pulse meditation” I felt my heartbeat become softer and lighter and I definitely feel calmer and more grounded. I am always amazed by the magic of Kundalini Yoga. Bless you always for sharing this wisdom. ❤️
