Sorry but half of them are propably on stéroïdes, hurrm tofu sorry, and the rest of them have built their physics for 10 years or plus before being vegan and eat 20 suppléments per day to survive. Then are only few peoples on earth that Can sustain and remain healthy for a long Time on. Vegan diet.

To give them some grace, bb on a normal diet also don’t disclose their use of PEDs (at least the vast majority) and it’s misleading for the average Joe. But I agree a vegan diet does not look sustainable for most people and even less for gym rats.

How is your blood sugar/glucose: Have you ever used a CGM (Continuous Gluclose Monitor) or just the regular blood sugar/glucose meters? Have you done lipid tests or tested inflamation markers, triglycerides, etc? What do vegans think about seed oils and long-term statin use?

02:28 BIG PROBLEM! How can a vegan diet be sustainable if you have to buy processed supplements. Is a farmer drinking Milk worst than you getting your shit at "Wholefood"? 12:45 Being Vegan but consuming powder from a plastic container made by a corporation is bullshit. It end-up being a yuppie trend instead of a solution for the world. Can you be vegan without a supermarket nearby to buy protein shakes? Can you live out of town, in the nature in Africa, Europe or America and get what you need? I've been pesceterian 40 years+, my son is vegan and I would be tempted but if I need (branded) Tofu, protein shakes and supplements in form of pills, it defeat the purpose...
@drebates6663 күн бұрын
You don't need process anything just focus on organic whole foods. As a vegan I feel great
@Kryssthealien3 күн бұрын
@@drebates666 Proteine powder IS process food. If you can only get enough protein by using something made in a factory and put in a plastic container that's not really natural. I've been pescetarian 43 years and I'm interested in the vegan diet. But ALL the channel who talk about gaining muscle on a vegan diet advocate protein supplement. I used to be rasta, when you live off grid in the mountain, you are not going to buy proteins powder, you get what the land give you and some eggs and milk from your animals (some rasta are vegan but eating fresh fruit and vegetable every day). So it seems, unfortunately, than vegan life is only for urban people with an access to wholefood or Amazon prime, do you understand what I mean?

@@drebates666 The Ital diet: a set of guidelines for healthy eating that's based on Rastafari values. The Ital diet is mainly plant-based and emphasizes fresh, unprocessed foods that are free of additives and preservatives. Most Ital foods are dairy-free, and many Rastafarians avoid meat altogether.
@drebates6663 күн бұрын
@@Kryssthealien just because it's processed doesn't mean it's made in a factory. It depends on what your concept of protein is. There's a lot of misinformation about protein being in meat. If you just focus on food that comes out the dirt that's all the protein you need.

How is the collagen vegan?
@magdalenavegan3 күн бұрын
There are vegans since birth so body produces collagen. They can also do it in vegan supplement form.
@tatymac213 күн бұрын
@ traditional collagen supplements can only be derived from animal products so still confused on their vegan collagen supplement. I understand our body produces it but as for a vegan supplement not sure how that’s possible unless it’s like ingredients like vitamin c , hylaraunic acid
@magdalenavegan3 күн бұрын
@tatymac21 they are vegans since birth like Jehina Malik, she does not lack collagen, she is even bodybuilder. There is vegan collagen.

Vegans are silly. Any plant scientist, botanist or horticulturist, knows plants contain plant toxins. These toxins rage from arsenic, cyanide, oxalates, phytoestrogens, natural occurring pesticides, etc. Commercial plants are also sprayed with herbicides and pesticides. Plants also contain fructose and glucose cancer causing substances. Most chemicals produced by man originate from plants. Just eat meat and everything runs smoothly.
