Hi. The newer laptop monitors nowadays use a small ac plug adapter so they consume only a little energy comparable to this card + laptop monitor. I think it has to do with the size of the display.

My Super cub 110cc 2022 engine makes noise (knocking sound) when accelerating in lower gears (1st & 2nd), especially when the engine is hot(after 30-60 min of riding). However, it seems that it is not having this problem when the engine is not hot. what is the problem with the engine? Any ideas, appreciate your support

My motto is brown hands thumb it down (not racist intention) But You did a very good job and I appreciate your video it was very well done. Let me give you a tip to save money and time. just lay the bike on the right side and remove the stater cover, you dont need to drain the oil. By the looks of your oil you were way past due for a change. When your bike starts shifting not so smooth its time to change the oil for me its about 5k miles.. Oh and another TIP. cut the white plug that connect the stater and solder the wires and heat shrink them. the plug is garbage and will eventually melt and short which will destroy your battery and stater. I have 50K on my bike.. I know for a fact after the second stater burned up.

If you got a tight bolt it's cheaper to cut the head of the bolt with the Dremel instead of soldering.

oo sa nakita ko pareho lang. ang magkaiba lang yung connecting rod depende sa model. yung lumang model na DT175J mas mahaba ng 5mm yung connecting rod. Yung DT175 na nasa video parehong pareho lang sa DT125 ang crank shaft at conrod.

Pwedeng pwede bosing. ganyan yung isa kong DT125 kinabitan ng cylinder at piston kit galing DTJ175. nagpalit lang ako ng connecting rod yung pang DTJ din, mas mahaba kasi yun ng 5mm. Hi. Apparently, there was no R32. That usually happens when the designer made revision to the circuit but did not change the component designation number in the PCB silkscreen. C18 is 10 uF, 50V electrolytic capacitor in the 5 volts regulated supply block. It was mistakenly labeled C1 in the video. I saw your email and I will reply with more details.

Hi. I already made something like that. I used a blower instead of compressed air stored in tanks. I did it in one of my very first prototypes. It kind of works but the compressed air together with the powder pump is the superior method of delivering the precise quantity of powder to the work piece. @@DIYPhil Yes, I have seen it, what a unique way to use a blower without a pressure regulator. Is it possible to use a portable spray gun? Because I remember that someone made a portable powder coating like that with the craftsman brand. it looks very similar to your first version except that the wind is regulated through the spray gun.

Is that rust in the water? 😬 not good. Why would anyone put plain water in their machine, when you could substantially extend the life of the bike?

Yes, those are rust residue. At some point I had no choice but to put plain water in it. I had a crash during a trail ride that damaged the radiator hose, and it was leaking through a small hole. So, I keep on adding water along the way until I get back home. Plain tap water is all I have that time. You can see at 0:30 that my left index finger still had bandage from that crash.

can you not get stamps with identical font to the original and just stamp the numbers on the donor frame?

No. I cannot just stamp the VIN myself. It will be obvious and will not pass the annual vehicle inspection due to tampered VIN. The correct way should have been to take the old and new frame to the Ministry of Transport and let them stamp the VIN. Then they will take note of this on the vehicle registration book. However, I was not able to do that for many years since the accident. I already lost the original receipt from the store I bought the frame. The Honda dealer where I bought the frame got out of business. This is in Thailand and the people at the Ministry of Transportation are not very helpful. I was basically told that it is impossible.

Hola. Es por las propiedades de la pintura en polvo. Leí que la mayoría de las pinturas en polvo funcionan bien con carga de voltaje negativo. También leí que hay algunas pinturas en polvo que se deben usar con carga de voltaje positivo. Hay equipos profesionales que usan voltaje positivo, pero no son comunes.
