I worked there back in the 70’s. Remember it as ‘The town that makes your legs ache’.. Such amazing gradients to walk up. The council seems to have turned it into a ‘Town where no one can stop’, with double yellow lines wherever they can find a road to paint them on.

I wonder how many residents have read the work of Blainas most famous son Frank Richards, miner, colonial soldier in India and 4 years in the WW1 trenches. Some men have a natural talent for writing ,it's a talent that transcends class boundaries, Frank had it, he made writing sound easy, a real talent.

my home town left 40 years ago how the town has changed I can remember the old shops and the museum was under the library back then my favourite shop was Ashes and Woolworths how the town has changed 😢

4 years later: At the library there was a car accident that destroyed the fence and floor That little wooden platform had collapsed My uncle (I think) owned Berry’s Bar There’s an abandoned butcher shop just across from the commercial Dynamic no longer exists Market street food place is for sale now GREGGS Peacocks is abandoned Queen street school is completely abandoned (fist time seeing it with non-metal covered windows) There is now a graffiti mural on the wall behind the statue (credit: tea2shugars)

Trowbridge What a dump the smell of cannabis floats in the air the local shop has a security guard 24/7 it's like the wild west!!!! Any real decent families there are the ones who have been living there from day one . And I'd say there 10% the other 90% are baby making single mums or x con can't be bothered to work males.

Parts of St Mellons is a little rough, towards the Trowbridge end, Trowbridge is very rough. East part of St. Mellons is nice. Like most of Cardiff, you’re never far from a bad patch.

As a resident of abertillery the town has gone under for the worst ... all that's there is hair dressers barbers , pubs and kebab shops . You have to travel out of town to do anything really . No banks here . Only main shop is tesco and Iceland. Worst place to live period

I agree the town is going downhill the factory shop is shutting down due to rent and the shops that close is a 💈 which is annoying but I hope someone buys the factory shop when it shuts and turns it into a Poundland sad it’s shutting down the factory shop

Amazing editing, all filmed on the odd occasions Town is (slightly) busy and it is great to see a positive view. Good to see businesses highlighted......some attempts at diversity, but.... scaffold all over the place atm, takeaways and beauty salons, including hairdressers galore.....can't all sell the same thing! Peacock's glaringly closed and empty now....why not site a local market there? Spoken with Nigel Daniels on several occasions...."High Street leaders won't come to the Town because delivery access is so difficult!" so we have a one lane track through Church Street! Wilkinson's and Peacock's remain in nearby Pontypool with similar delivery problems! All BGBC Investment goes to Ebbw Vale. Lived here 65 years, love the Town but it is going backwards at a depressing rate!

Your reality is fantasy, and fantasy is your reality. Im surrounded by bio weaponised ppl. You need to know... There is no space, there are no planets, you are living in a dimensional realm. There has been a plan in progress since biblical times, the decendants of kane (the Kannanites) did not just disappear, they maintained their families thru the ages. Thru criminal and satanic acts they amassed great wealth and power and corrupted their way into government, banking and then every industry we have, care, education, entertainment, service, absolutly everything. We live by their laws, the laws of the original pirates, admiralty law, they were the phoenicians, the 13 families, but there is a fourteenth that have nephilum genes in them, that family has never bred outside of itself and they will be an abomination that have dominion over the portals and the realm and they are evil. They have their foot on our neck, keeping us struggling, while they have everything. They terrorise, rape, harvest, sacrifice, and cannobolise our children around 5 million across the realm every year, and adults close to 40 million. Nothing is what you think it is. They are guided by demonic entities that they summon because they are a satanic cult. The movement is on to change the realm from dark to light and you need to wake up to the truth because it is thru us getting the word out that they can no longer hide in the shadows behind the mainstream media. This had to happen now as their next move was to capture us, harvest us and sacrifice us to their demons. This is the great awakening, you need to research adrenochrome, occult symbolism in hollywood, pizzagate. Use duckduckgo, NOT google. Follow patriots on the internet, all the info is there for you to find. Stay away from the covid injection, research it. If youv had it, antidotes are being worked out. Go to my telegram page at new world media, there will be lots of links to help you get the full truth of our situation. This is very serious and only we can stop the tyranny. Borrow a telescope and go look at the night sky and see their lies with your own eyes, the stars are incredible multicouloured portals. The planets are incarcerated fallen angels (they appear like strange moving blobs) nasa is a fake agency. Saturn and jupiter are beautiful luminaries, our sun moves thru our blue skies often between clouds, it is not a fireball and it is not in space, there are thousands of pics where this is obvious. You have been deceived and its time to WAKE UP.
