This is Porthcawl

Porthcawl is a traditional holiday resort and in its heyday its beaches were very popular with holiday makers from the nearby South Wales valleys. There has been a lot of development to the beachfront and harbour over the last few years, so we take a look around and ask some of the vistors what they think of the area now in 2019.

How have you only got 65 subs? Fantastic video just what i need during a lockdown. Hopefully me and my family can visit soon we go here every year. We love porthcawl and barry island! Its a second home to us!

Shouldn't this be called "This was Porthcawl", with the content of the interviews. I haven't visited in about 16 years, but once this lockdown is properly over I plan a visit. I used to love it and I bet its still got that bit of magic about it
