As it is essentially toxic and no cheaper than the real thing it is a fail, but a good try nonetheless.

You did well! I learned some things and hope one day to try these ideas out. (Of course we will always have your video to come back to!)

Beautifully planned and executed tests, thank you for sharing this useful comparison. I'd love to have seen common glues that we might use where appearance is less important than convenience and adequate bond (e.g. superglue) but still really grateful for the information. 👍

I tried to create plasticine using crayons but it just wasn’t working out I’m still confident that it would work but I’m falling back on this recipe for the time being

A super useful video ruined by completely unnecessary, intrusive background music. My teeth were on edge trying to hear the guidance through the storm of irrelevant ‘music’.

I use mek for gluing abs, it will bond the pieces perfectly, just like pvc glue does to pvc.

Thanks for that, the scoring idea, yes, that's for me. Making copper window cap flashing, so it will be hidden by the siding, but needs to be sharp.

Hi Cosador, your videos are phenomenal. They are at a level at which hobbyists, who do not have access to professional or artisan tools, can follow along. You also teach what to look out for and why. I only recently discovered your channel and am wondering where you've gone. Your channel is very valuable and I wish that you were out here teaching us more practical craftsmanship.

The first one is the best technique for people who don't have a proper place or tools to work with...like me. But, after creating a good path for the blade, you can't take the ruler and the clamps alway and continue cutting until the piece brakes apart on its on.
