Some soldiers like to carry their own knives into war. Regular infantry men don't have pistols for when their rifles malfunction when fighting inside a house. A dagger can punch through between armor plates and can cut both ways. I imagine products like this can be found in base exchange.

Kinda puzzled. I watched a couple reviews on this knife before I got mine. Lots of ppl mentioned it’s difficult to open. The general consensus was to push straight up on the stud. To easily slow roll the blade. If u curl your thumb nail under the stud it will flick open with authority. I’ve been carry my zaam for a couple weeks now, once my thumb got used to it, I’m fidgeting with it as a habit easily.
