@@SecondLifeTravels1. This long motorbike trip costing about $385 is incredible. I like the pictures of the 2 ancient bridges built about 800 years ago (Spean Top and Spean Kdei ). Are they going to fix the modern but dangerous steel bridge with broken wood planks?
@SecondLifeTravels1Күн бұрын
@@jackket6708 That's an old rail bridge, but the train tracks are otherwise gone. There is a main road now that bypasses Spean Toap, so I don't think it's going to be fixed anytime soon. I'm just glad I didn't go in the drink!

Thanks for sharing your journey, it was informative and entertaining. I’m studying the practical exam to get my license for a big bike >125. Can you give any information as to where you take the riding test, do you have to provide your own bike, can you rent a big bile or other options. I can’t seem to find to much info online as to the process for obtaining the license. Any insight you can provide would be greatly appreciated. And a big congrats on you finishing up your masters degree. 🙏

If you already have a motorcycle license from your home country, it's very easy to convert to a Cambodian license. That's what I did. If you don't have a license already, look here: ips-cambodia.com/getting-a-cambodian-drivers-license/ You'll have to bring your own motorcycle or a rented motorcycle. They won't have any to rent.
