Thank you so much for your videos, they are so helpful. I’m trying to find a way to spend a whole year in Phnom Penh…stay here for work only a month and a half a year is really too little! I want to bring my daughters here to show them how beautiful Cambodia is. I’m Italian but I live in Paris, France, if I can come for a whole school year my daughters should go to the French school.... who is very expensive! Unfortunately I can not find any expatriate who tells about the educational system (private and public) in Cambodia, so, well, if you do not find any idea for your next videos, I suggest this, thank you!

I'd prefer a showing of the nicest / cheapest studios that are a tremendous -- "value" -- for frugal minded people like me ! > The 2K+ apartments were twice the price they were likely worth. ( ? ) Just for me - a homebase / used when in PP only and to rest from travel to many places for extended periods of time. Great location for eating out when in town & not have to cook much.....🤗

hi eric, i love how concise your video content is. if you take requests i very much want a condo with the gym amenities and price range of l’attrait and j2 tower. if you know of any other comparable or superior buildings, yes please. im coming to phnom penh august 1 at the latest, w my 14 year old son. looking as high as $1000/ month rent. thanks a bunch

Just walk along the riverside in downtown Phnom Penh, across the street from the river walk promenade. There will be plenty of cafes to see! Lots in Russian Market area too.
