I have a ruined 2kw inverter and before I send it back to amazon I thought I'd have some fun with it, you think it would be better to send 240VAC through the 12VDC side or through the 120VAC side of that inverter? I'm thinking the battery lugs want the 240, Ill hard wire it straight to a 20 amp double pole, you think it will make a big spark or 2? Def will hook up a meter and see what the output will be if anything.

Thanks for doing this video - you saved Amazon a "Return". I've been using wireless bridges from Cambium and Ubiquiti for a while now, and I always thought bridges needed to have their networking settings changed to agree with my existing wifi system settings, or they wouldn't work. I just lost 2 days of my life trying to do that without success. I watched this video and saw that, once you set the channels and the A/B switches, you just hung 'em up and it worked. I never would have believed it. So I reset mine back to factory settings, paired 'em again, and VOILA', it's working! Guess I'm not the wifi tech I thought I was. ;) Thanks again.

To anyone installing these, just as an FYI, the website sells these as a two pack and advertise that they can support up to 400 Ibs between the two shelves. So that means each individual shelf set can only support 200 Ibs - not 400 Ibs. The company has made that way too confusing.

Hi Seth! We have our bridge all set up. We have full WiFi bars all lights are lit. Unfortunately none of our devices connect. On our devices under the the router name it says in yellow no internet connection with a line through the symbol. HELP we just don’t know what to do!
@ToolsTechAndGear19 күн бұрын
Do you have the internet from the bridge going to the router internet in port?
@kristenholm797418 күн бұрын
The master(bridge) is plugged into the router in the home and the slave (bridge) is plugged into the router in my out building where I would like service. If that answers your question then yes.

Just remember it's mass produced at a factory and they only quality control just so many of these being made by the manufacturer. These are not truly accurate because of standard deviations can be the issue of anywhere between 1.0-5.0 std or worse
@kevinbrislawn5918Ай бұрын
But is it truly accurate with less than.05-1.0 standard deviation?

I know I'm late to this, but for future reference: once you have the stand assembled, you can leave the display in the foam and insert the stand into the back, then set it upright and remove the foam. Great unboxing though! When we have cool knives like yours, we just get excited to cut things lol😅

I went ahead and bought these lights. Love them. Anyone have ideas on what it would take to have nightlight and downlight on at the same time? I have a neat ceiling and realize it would be nice to have that lit while the downlights are also on. The night light feature hasn't been used in my office as much as I thought it would.

I'd like to know more about the router (wireless?) at the end of the 150'- how does that connect to the distant Adalov?
@ToolsTechAndGearАй бұрын
The other two routers are simply basic wifi routers. The house wifi ethernet connects to an output on the router. The second router connects an ethernet to the input port. The bridge acts like a long cat6 cable.

The Midnight Solar instructions clearly state to avoid any bends in the wiring, yet you essentially created a 180 degree bend by using a wire nut on your ground.

Seem pretty silly to have a 1000V 400A breaker from you PV feed. Some very long series strings of panels could possibly add up to 1000V, but it takes a hell of a charge controller to handle that. And never will you ever see anywhere near 400A coming in. You should always do breakers that fit your system. Not so sure I trust this guys info.
