I’ve been looking for something that just bubbles. The one I bought for my birdbath had a lot of accessories, but each one ends up emptying the birdbath because the Raey is too high and goes over the edges. May I ask where you got your small fountain for yours? Thank you.

PH was good. Turns out my chlorine tablets were raising the CYA way too high. This year I stopped using them and it’s been a lot better.

I just use glycerol powder and sodium laurel sulfate powder and mix with water. It’s perfect for the FOAMO machine

I just checked Amazon as well and my jaw dropped. Thinking....cheaper to buy? Also I have a bottle from spirit....not low lying can i add the glycerin to premixed to make it low lying?

@@anotheronechance you could definitely add vegetable glycerin to the premade fog fluid to make it stronger for low lying. All though I don’t see why you would need to when you could just make your own with the distilled water and glycerin.

We are looking at this pool. It comes with everything you talked about and a vacuum cleaner too. We got a 16ft round pool for free and it is a bit big for us. Nice review. How did the insulation help out with heat transfer to the ground? I live in PNW and I will need to look at a heater. 65 degrees is not ideal for the family to swim comfortably.

@@Claps1775 The vacuum hose and pool poll I had to buy separately as well as the skimmer. Not sure the insulation will help much with keeping the pool warm. I live in south Texas so the pool water is 90 degrees right now but the water temperature quickly fluctuates with the outside air temperature. I think the pool losses most of the heat from the top and sides.

Hi Jeff - RocketymanRay here again. I've made a dozen batches of soap - you were my inspiration! The house always smells good now, I usualy have a batch curing. I give it away for gifts, and just to be nice and share. I'm not ready to start making it commerically yet, but I may need something to do after retiring after 40 years working in the aerospace industry for NASA at Kennedy Space Center. Will toads bathing in drinking water be bad for other animals to drink from it? Or do they not secrete their toxin in water?

Looks like Toads only secrete the toxins when threatened. apparently the toxin just makes them taste bad. I change the water frequently and haven’t noticed any issues from the occasional toad.

No unfortunately, I have only given the headset to passengers. I figure since the microphone sounds loud and clear on the intercom it should work over the radio as well.

This is lovely. You got me thinking, maybe digging a hole for a big bucket underneath for a nice deep water reserve with the small bath on top would work well for my situation. I also have mine in a sunny spot and it runs dry way too fast.

2.5 cups and 0.5 cups is a 5 to 1 ratio (about 17% glycerin); 20% is a 4 to 1 ratio. For the 3 cups total, a 20% glycerin mixture would use 0.6 cups glycerin (and 2.4 cups water), not 0.5. For a 20% mix, maybe 2 cups water and 0.5 cups glycerin (total 2.5 cups), or perhaps a "large" batch using 800ml water to 200ml glycerin (1 liter total) would be easier. Using milliliters (ml) could also make it easier if one wanted to experiment with different ratios to make a 1 liter batch, such as 85% (850ml) and 15% (150ml).

use the bucket version of this instead, that way it won't dry out! Look for the video "DIY Water Fountain Using a Bucket" by Char's Nest! (It's a MUCH better setup!)
