This is not the most shocking hoarder situation at all. I recently did a bathroom remodel job where the whole apartment was filled with shit from floor to ceiling, with little 2 ft wide passageways cleared out so you could get from point a to point b. The kitchen counters were stacked so high with trash, it was impossible to open the upper cabinets. Needless to say, I was happy to get out of that place. There was no where to put tools and the space we were working in was absolutely horrid. I felt bad for the lady, her husband left and she’s disabled and can’t even begin to imagine where to start.

Question why didn't the people who lived in these apartments take there furniture and stuff because some of this stuff is really good what happened to the people who use to live there it's crazy
@removeitprosdemolitionКүн бұрын
They took what they wanted the rest of it. It's so expensive to store stuff around the beach. By the time they stored it for a year or 2 years while they get something else going on. The value of that stuff is at yard sale value. And it's not worth what it will cost them to store it, so that's the idea. And most people have no place to put anything because we're in Florida. There's no basements here, so that's why plus we give him a price break on the job, because we know we're going to get all this stuff and we repurpose it

😇 You know, ultimately I own the property and ultimately, I'm responsible for everything that has to do with the property, with or without the government, interfering with that in this area, the amount of properties that have lower level build outs. Is is pretty significant. The only reason they're doing anything about it is because fema's in the middle of it.They don't really honestly care.

There was other concrete that was failing as well. Thanks for watching. See our video this week.

There’s no way it isn’t cost-effective to reinforce that corner. With enough jacks you could push it up the inch and support it with more foundation and steel.

Yeah, storing stuff around the beach is very expensive. It wouldn't be long, and they would have had more money in storage fees than what the furniture was worth.
