I just noticed that by accidental my Russian Blue eats the same food (Orijen) and uses the same litter box sand (Biocats) like your cat Neji. I think Orijen is the best because it seems to be from quality and they are very small bites. My both cats (meanwhile 8 years) are so used to that brand, they don't eat dry cat food with big bites. I also used to have the same IKEA bed (no longer have now) AND the same IKEA poster (black and white New York) which is shown in one of your first videos. Thats funny. Anyone else with a Russian Blue and using that cat products ?

Is this dry cat food from "Orijen" ? My Russian Blue eats that too. My Russian Blue likes my attention too, when I am at home, but I do think indoor cats should have another feline companion. I own two cats, so they both can socialize while I am working. They do love to cuddle or play with each other, but they also have times everyone of them does their own stuff.

...our Russian blue was a 'rescue' also - a neighborhood stray the original rescuer couldn't keep - thankfully my late wife adopted him in 2007 he was a sweetie until he passed away in 2023...

I had a Russian blue: 21 years with my boy Misty. Could not care less about me, just wanted to snuggle up to my mum. 😅 Loved him to bits, but man alive he was spoiled. He ate better than I did. 😁

We love our Russian blue, Bailey! A great cat. I do have to put a warning out there about them though. If you wake up one morning (I’m 60 years young) and you feel pressure in your chest, open your eyes. It’s not a heart attack, it’s your blue laying on your chest. The purring is also a give away! Have fun, we do!!

A metal litter box is a better choice as it is easier to clean and doesn't absorb odors. I also mix the litter with some baking soda to also absorb odors. Cats have a sense of smell 14X a human so if they smell even a little odor in the litter they will look for another place to do their 'business"

Gorgeous kitty ❤ I’ve had my eye on these cats for a while. I love their little personalities but I am allergic to cats but heard they are hypoallergenic? I know everyone’s allergies are different but I really want one of these guys to love on and spoil but not sure how my allergies would do with them

I've had a Russian Blue for several years. I'm her guy. LOL She tolerates my wife (especially when SHE feeds her), but hangs around me everywhere I go. She isn't full-blooded, but has 100% of the Russian Blue characteristics. Great cats!!
