just to be clear. you ran the coolant feed (left hand side of turbo) to under the throttle body and the return (right hand side of turbo) to where the top radiator hose connects? I was thinking about cutting the radiator hose and using a sensor housing for that. Any help is appreciated, thanks
@MemelordJord2 ай бұрын
Correct. Here’s an updated video that might answer some of your questions. I don’t know for certain if i have I have it going to the correct sides of the turbo, I just ran it how i have it. kzbin.info/www/bejne/qGrLpox5lpWUfpI

@@MemelordJord right on, appreciate it. I assume me using a sensor housing between the actual radiator hose would work the same way. Maybe a tad bit less flow of water than that large hose you're using. What you think?

I don’t see why that wouldn’t work

I couldn't hear what you were saying in the last bit due to the wind, but how does the baseplate fit? since I thought the rake angle is different on the sedan compared to the coupe.

This is so cool man. I love the dedication to this idea and making it a reality. Not to mention the little details to the car like the hood scoop, “Cloutback” and mudflaps you added to really tie the Hondaru build together. This is insane!

I would just gut the entire interior back seats, headliner, door panels. Leave the flooring carpeting in, and only have the Front driver side seat and Front passenger seat with the dashboard and center console only.

why do you think the oil pan would play a factor? it has baffles that ONLY benefit oil slosh and capacity. curious to hear why exactly you think thats an issue
@MemelordJord9 ай бұрын
This was before we took the engine apart, and in the next video we found out the cap on the timing chain tensioner came off causing lost oil pressure. We speculated that it was the oil pan based off the knowledge we had at that time and I corrected it👍🏻
