I never like this idea in Genshin, and I'm totally feel the same about Hsr... If necessary, I prefer Welt case more, than "twins" from deferent worlds. I'm so worried about Tsaritsa now. Pretty sure this will get flooded, but for people interested, I'll try explaining the most clearly possible, and without spoilers, why this update broke a huge part of the HI3 community. DISCLAIMER: Star Rail is Star Rail. It is a spin off of Honkai Impact 3rd and takes place in the same universe, but the story is DIFFERENT and you DON'T have to know the HI3 stuff to ENJOY Star Rail. This is very important and has to be said. You WON'T BE LEFT OUT in star rail because of the references. It was stated by the devs themselves in 2.0 or 2.1 livestream. Now to explain why it's a big deal: The characters presented in the Amphoreus trailers are clearly inspired by a group of characters of HI3 : the thirteen Flame Chasers. They are thirteens too, the term "Flame Chase" is also namedropped in the livestream, and a lot of them are extremely similar themed to the HI3 ones (NOT ALL but a lot of them). THESE ARE NOT THE SAME CHARACTERS, but variants from star rail. It's not like Welt's case but rather like Acheron. To explain the hype further, I need to explain why these characters aren't "just" characters in HI3. Again I try not to spoil as much as possible and stay vague, but basically, these characters are INTRODUCED in HI3 as dead. When their arc starts, it takes place in a simulation like Simulated Universe, but it results in these characters being present in only one arc of the story. And this arc is considered by a lot of people to be one of the best, and often THE best of HI3. So to make a genshin comparison, imagine you go to inazuma (same time release), meet a ton of super developed characters, then you move on to Sumeru and don't ever go back to Inazuma. No main story event where they come back or anything, it's done. People to this day hope to see them again and have their favorite being one of the thirteen. So when HSR drops a trailer showing alternate version of some of your favorite characters and favorite arc of the game that won't come back in said game, you get reaction like Unreal Dreamer who wasn't able to talk real sentences for one minute as he was choking himself on the hype, and frankly I can't blame him xD Again I stayed as vague as possible so please HI3 people don't try to tell me "actually this isn't exactly true". I want HSR players to be able to enjoy HSR without feeling left out by HI3 gatekeepers, so I only tried to explain it simply for those who are interested. Bonus: the last character shown with pink hair is like 90% similar to a character named Elysia (down to the pose, the voice actor and the scene with the field and sky). Elysia is the favorite character of Shaoji, one of the main writer of Honkai Impact 3rd, and the main writer of Penacony's story in star rail. The same guy who's at the origin of the meme "it's a very positive and wholesome story" and traumatized players for years.

It was incredible! It was awesome! So many things at once! Even emotions are simply not enough for all this beauty. We are looking forward to all this! Because I'm sure this event will completely close Penaconia!

oh i love flying kites. Especially in the old city. I live in Puerto Rico and we have this place called El Moro. it is a fort with a huuuuugeee open field and people often come there to fly kites and drones and we also have the nice sea breeze facilitating the kites in flight. Really an amazing site and I encourage you to try it sometime if you ever vacation in puerto rico. Also, that open field has the best atmosphere to nap if you bring a picnic blanket :) perfect place to read Genshin lore

god, the QOL alone makes HSR peak. As someone who can usually only play on weekends it makes the limited time I have so much better.
