Thank you for showing all the cool cars. Great shots as always. Yes all the cars they have now are ugly. Why I drive old ones myself. :).

I have bought many boards and wetsuits from ET over the years. These guys are outstanding. They can look at you and tell you what brand and size wetsuit will fit you properly. This avoids a lot of trial and error. I think I bought nearly all of my full wetsuits from ET for the last 30 years of my 45 years of surfing. Aloha ET!

Saying no to things is a huge problem I have. I have made work blocks every day. 2 morning blocks and 2 afternoon blocks. I try to do the big picture things in the morning, things that will later pay off or that need done. and afternoon are for all the other things in my work life and work wellness.. thanks for sharing the video appreciate it.

Interesting, I do the exact same thing now. Early morning doing the 'needs to be done' stuff, and later in the day allowing myself to work on the 'fun' stuff. Thanks for sharing.

UPDATE Oct 2023: It's been 6 months since I gave up added sugar. I'm still clean and I feel great. Cravings are mostly gone, although there are days when I can feel the ice getting thin. I know I will always have a history with my sugar addiction and I'll never be neutral towards sugar. However, what helps me stay away is remembering the feeling of losing control, having to eat sweets although I really don't want to. Remembering how miserable this makes me feel, is my magic superpower that allowed me do the right thing every time over the past half year. How are you doing?

Hi Von, love this video and the vibe on your channel. I heard about you from our mutual friend David M. I would like to improve on all of these habits. I’ve been struggling with the waking up early thing for years. My wardrobe could use a major revamp as well. I’ve made major progress on my tidying up, but there’s always more to do. About to watch your sugar challenge video next. :-). Cheers.

18:37 You listed like 6-7 things wrong then proceeded to ask for $500 off BRO 😂 you coulda bought that vehicle for 13-14k cash and the man still would of took it, if he doesn’t then you “meet” him at 16k even. But when you’re counting out those blues out it changes people eyes lol so that’s always an advantage to just put the racks out infront of him and do kind of a deal or no deal, take it all or watch it leave type situation. It’s a recession, cash is king right now man.

Thanks for your feedback, Carina. Ja, whenever I feel like I want something "sweet", I have a plain whole milk yogurt with berries or fruit. Fruit I like are pineapple, melon, mango and persimmon. At a later time, I will do a Keto-Challenge, and then hi-sugar fruit like the one I mentioned will be out. Stay tuned...😀

1. you keep doing it. HABIT Which is the easy part to fix. goes away in a few weeks to month depending on how long you've been doing it. This is the easy part. control yourself and stop. yes easier said then done. but, simple. #2. eating in secret you are ashamed which can be very detrimental to you self-image and therefore your personal power will be 0. quuestion are you living for others? you are if you feel guilty. not living for yourself is worst and you know this which is why you are hiding. but, not able to hide from yourself. (scary)this can go both ways. #3 extreme effort to get it is part of your denial. this is not normal but, you say it is which is a lye. The more you lye to yourself the worst you feel about yourself - personal power to 0 again. P.s. Alcohol turns into sugar. Sugar makes you depressed is right OMG talk about hell. Here is a tip. replace it with something healthy. fill the space with something good instead. I drink massive amounts of water now instead of beer. One day at a time buddy. I can't tell you how many times I started over. "there no reward" oh no no no you will never make it with that adatude. Yes there is. you are freeing yourself from sugar and all the shity feelings. And there is not supose to be a reward. your not some kid who gets a sucker for being good anymore. Sorry but this is the grow up part. And why people look down on addicts. you did loose you daily driver, this is great. now find one which is healthy for you. Or just be- which is tough. Paul is 100% right and a must in my book. It a weapons list I called it. Which was all your reason to say no. Make it as long as you can, you'll need all of them. When you have craving, break it out and read it. Your attitude will change to motivate fast. I know this game all to well. I know you can do it.
@vongunten
@vongunten Жыл бұрын
Great feedback. Thanks for sharing. 100% agree with writing down the initial reason for doing it. Creating a weapons list. Remembering will not work when you reach out for the thing. You need to have a list you can briefly read through. THX

@@vongunten yeah brother, most definitely. I don't see them separate, but breaking the patterns is the work and comes through actions, most of the times. We learn through experience mostly. While knowledge delivers us reasons why to change.
