Did you have any problems to get the Defender td4 inside Canada or USA since that vehicle is not approved there (no impact zone, no airbags)? I am asking since I own a 2014 Defender TD4 as well and have the same travel plans.

Reply from Martin: no problems, the car is registered in switzerland and only temporary imported for 365 days so the only regulations is to have a insurance in the USA and Canada. the rest just has to be street legal in switzerland.

Take heed. The owner, Martin called it a TOILET not a bathroom. Did you see a bath? No. Call it what it is. It’s a well constructed vehicle and the bonus is that it’s a Land Rover. Safe travelling. 👍🏻🙏🦘
