Hey Kay. You need to have the pan hot before you put your meat in sweetie. With all meat you have to have the grease and pan hot before you add any meat or fish to the pan or anything that you're frying

A little tip; If you want to unfreeze and cook veggies; go for steaming; Put a colander in your pot (the closer the circumference of the colander matches the pot the better. You want the colander to sit atop the pot, not resting inside nor towering above), add water to the pot so that it does not touch the colander. Bring the water to a boil and then reduce the heat to a simmer (-> not boiling violently anymore) and put your frozen veggies into the colander. Put a lid on it (does not need to match perfectly) and... just leave it like this for 20-30 minutes. It is possible to overcook veggies that way, but it is impossible to burn them. And even overcooked they remain quite tasty, even if they get a little mushy :)

Your beef is chewy because you cooked it half frozen, then you transferred it to the wok and recooked it, then you left it boiling in gravy and continued to overcook it while you stumbled through the taste test and outro. I don't believe a proper recipe would tell you to add gravy to those wok ingredients. The wok temperature was too high which is why the onions burned and the rice was overcooked which is why it stuck to the pan and turned brown. That's easily avoided by getting a rice cooker. If it is meant to be an Asian stir fry it would never use gravy granules or cream.

It didn't tern out like pasta kaye cause you cooked it wrong kaye. Ravioli is supposed to be sealed with a beef and tomato filling then boiled kaye. Your son demonstrated just how bad it was kaye. Buy a tin of Ravioli, kaye have a look at it none of it is likely to break the plate as it hits it.
