Good food, good service, but I think because Lima is a food marketable place and a food spot, this and another restaurants without marketing work force actually works and make the focus to the people who vote for the best of the best. Chef Gaston Acurio’s social responsibility has empowered the entire production chain including farmers and fishermen benefiting a whole nation. Every time that I go to a Peruvian restaurant in the US or in any other part of the world I am aware how this cuisine had transformed the lives of so many people. Thanks Peru
