After i removed all the sets (except wake) and tried to change temp, the AC did not go off when it should (thermostat says its 76, i tried changing to 72)

Sooo changing the temp and then doing hold just keeps the AC running at that temp and ignores the set schedules?

Thank you for this video!! I was going crazy trying to figure out how to set my thermostat. Especially sad when I came home one super hot day and my temp was set to 85 degrees and my dogs were home. They were totally fine and had water but still felt like the worst pet parent! Didn’t realize my thermostat time was messed up and the last person who lived here set one of their temps to 85. Thanks again!!

You sir are a genius, a life saver....you are IT!!!! After 4.years of Owo g this thing ....Finally. my bill was upwards of $600.00 every month because I couldnt ever maintain a steady temperature. I was always in the temporary mode so I could have it at the temperature I wanted it to be at. Again, thank you for your knowledge!!!!!! Be blessed!

I think there might be something wrong with mine, i keep setting it to 65° but it stays at 81°! No matter how many time i change the presets or even just fet rid of them it always gies back to 81°!!!!!!

Thank you, this worked. What I did though while listening to the cancel the programmed schedules was to write down each step. Set, Time, Set, Date...that's how I map things out, Street name, L, to next street name, L to next street name, right to...

Any thermostat should DEFAULT to the most basic of functions: - Make it hotter. - Make it colder. *ONLY* if you want to do anything fancy should it get into the more complex things like setting it's clock, day, etc. This Honeywell design FAILS in so many ways.

😂 design flaw? That was a personal mistake. Used the wrong sized boards and had them face the wrong way. Plus had way too much wood on that rack. You really thought those little thin pickets were gonna hold all that weight? Was a flaw on your own behalf not the design.
