I am so in love with Barbara Mauritz's beautiful voice. Glad I ran across this.

I have loved Nina Simone's music, but after playing this beautiful song, and hearing her accuse The Lord God of being a killer, I am defeated! My faith does not allow me to continue playing this song. Unless I can find "My Sweet Lord" without Today is a killer. As a young man in the 1980's, we associated her music with political protest in South Africa.

It's just the way it was way back. Garage bands who knew the right people making double live albums, just jamming most of the time. Brings you back, people now days seem uninterested but not me! My favorite vocalist/guitarist Steve Marriott & Peter getting his chance warming up to stardom. Maybe the M.C. didn't want another "power Trio" band? One of the best double live albums RIP Steve Marriott

I’m so happy that I had an older brother and sister. They both were into a little different style of music so I got an incredible cross section of music. Any way I was 13 when this album came out, my brother got it and I played it so much that my brother had to go buy a new copy and teach me how to use the stylus 😮lol he was not happy!

He played it for me, for us, so many times. He left me. This song is still everything to me. For not being afraid to die. With all my sorrow, remembering his eyes, his voice and subtle movements playing this song for me. My love. Still hiding in my hair.

great combo musically and thematically. i interpret it as the main character in good morning little school girl realizing that the girl doesnt love him, but then when it goes back its like the main character not caring cus hes kind of a predator fixated on an underage girl

Reminds me of walking down six flights of stairs smokin a Joint and getting on the bus with my little cassette deck and playing this album on the way to work in Manhattan. I would have to get off the bus and get on the number six train to grand central station and walking up forty second street to fifth Avenue. I was working at lord and Taylor and lt made the trip great listening to this album all the way from the Bronx to Manhattan. I had to share this because it was the best of times to be able to listen to some of the best music ever ❤😂

Check out 7/3/78. A long lost Beatty Board now available on the July 78 Box set. That version has the most sublime, long and flowing Garcia solo with band locked in. The reading is also flawless.
