THANK YOU for sharing this review. I was close clicking on the ad link today because I had seen the ad multiple times previously. Also, just realized that the app is not in the Apple App Store. Not sure if it’s not in the Google app store but, if it’s not that’s probably a good sign to stay away.

I tried the Milky Way exercise and I came to the conclusion that since constellations are all named after real stuff the Milky Way is probably just a name for gods nipple. Since god is universal and so is the universe and the Milky Way is a small part of the universe like a nipple is on a body.

I’m sure I primarily have inattentive adhd, but I am very much a fidgeter. I listen to random behavioral health issues, and this is the only one that I’m like I probably have it. I’m not a hypochondriac, so I took awhile to consider the possibility. My husband says I don’t need to get a diagnosis if I’m able to manage it, and I sort of agree. I was able to make excuses throughout my life, but the more I pay attention to myself; I can notice the things that probably irritate others and I.

Thank you, thank you for making the video. I realized that I am not the only one who has a lot of hobbies but never finish them. I am going to adopt those words of progress over perfection! I am a new subscribed person.

This entire video is me. I’m finally getting evaluated for ADHD in a week after procrastinating talking to my doctor about it for years.

The reminder thing in my Google calendar has been a miracle worker. My hubby & I constantly forget appointments or plans & double book our weekends. So I share my calendar with him so we can both pull up our phones to see what's planned but I set myself several reminders. 1 week, few days, that morning & (1)hr before depending on driving time. I also am habitually & anxiously always late especially now that there's 2 kids. So I also lie to myself & set the event as an HR before the actual start time. (I usually remember I lied to myself or double check the invite/MyChart/whatever if there is one but having that alarm go off early still gives me that urgency I need but with a little less anxiety). Also I'm obviously a few years late to the party but am only just learning about my neurodivergent issues. Since having my second child it's been even harder since my time is now split to stay consistent for my eldest. Watching your RSD I literally started to cry because not only did it ring so true for my childhood but I also see I'm starting to repeat the cycle with my daughter & it absolutely gutted me. I honestly really appreciate you making these videos to help educate & problem-solve with us so we can break the cycles. Thank you 💓

I'm on vyvanse lost 7 kg within 3 months on it even though I had knee surgery and was not moving. I was trying to lose weight for so long😮 this is the only thing that helped. I lost interest in snaking and binge eating. I eat mostly ounce a day for dinner. I'm used to doing intermittent fasting but i did struggle with cravings. Where as the first week of starting elvanse I started shedding the weight simply by not feeling hungry like before 🎉🎉 the other benefit I saw was I was able to sleep better at night with out going 6 times to the 🚻. As for my adhd it did not kick in whatsoever 😢after starting with 30mg I'm on 100 and still not helping my adhd nore. Do i feel any improvement in focusing and getting tasks done. Also, my anxiety is still very bad😢 Towards the evening, I feel the crash and my anxiety getting worse😢 I really don't know if I should switch to something else since I'm not responding to it. But on the other hand I'm really happy about the suppressed appetite and the 7kg I lost . Any tipps??

I do the calendar with a 24 hour notice but need to remember to do the shorter time notices so if I set something less than 24 hours advance it will still send a reminder.

The Wisey app lures folks with ADHD with unrealistic promises to help folks manage their ADHD symptoms only to bank on the person's ADHD symptoms which caused me to forget about their difficult to access subscription content that is basic and presented in a unstimulating format. Let's not forget the exorbitant pricing, I was charged $59.99 for missing the cancelation period and when I asked for a refund it was not granted. Buyer beware, unethical company with a poor product.

I've become my own cheerleader, I've quit talking badly to myself too. I looked myself in the eye in the mirror and saw that poor little girl who has been waiting for me to acknowledge her. Now I treat myself gently and realizing that I have ADHD has answered that lifelong question. So now I talk out loud to myself and I apologize for being mean, and I cheer myself on. It's amazing what I am accomplishing. I'm 61 years old and it's never too late to find yourself and heal! Try looking yourself in the eye and hugging yourself and saying I love you. It's amazing! 🌹❤️

H E L P. Now that I understand from your video that I'm not insane, I just have ADHD, it takes away the enormous guilt feelings I have about not accomplishing the many things I know how to actually do. I keep a bunch of white dry erase boards near my desk to write down everything I want to remember and lists of what I want to accomplish asap. But I am addicted to learning totally new things and this makes the internet is my drug of choice to get me high and excited. Your video is Perfect! Perfect! Perfect! Give yourself an A+. You did a great job and I really really really needed the information Thank you. I just wish you had a "CURE" for adhd. Hay, if you come up with one "You'll get rich .... " Idea: Maybe we could start a club. I'll start a project and when I tire of it I could hand all my notes on it to another ADHD person to tackle and when they tired of it they could pass it on to another and so on and so on. When finished we could sit around and argue about how to split the money profits the finished idea brings. .... Just a thought, but I'm already tired of this idea and ready to think on something else. :) But I can laugh now at myself, thanks to your video. Hay I'm now normal .... a normal ADHD person now that I've found my tribe.

Lithium destroy's your thyroid. Big pharma thought they would throw this in your adhd medication for good measure. Destroying people's thyroid for over 100 years. We need testing of our medications, like yesterday.

I'm just now coming to terms with having Adhd and taking it seriously. I have not been interested in medication but hearing how much it can help Im curious if anyone is willing to share what non-stimulant medications they take that help with these symptoms and if they would reccomend then or not and why. Thanks if anyone feels compelled to respond.

Oh also…if you somehow get the process rolling a day or two before your meds run out, insurance def doesn’t cover it if you are able to have your medicine the night before it runs out for you

Omg beyond accurate. The stigmatization is ridiculous. I refuse to go to any major pharmacies anymore bc of the way they treat/judge you….Like you’re a fiend, itching for a fix. You leave feeling gross. Also, regarding the two diff dosages and being on diff schedules bc of the shortages. Wow. I thought it was just me. Insurance…another bs issue. I dnno why I pay so much each month for insurance for them to not cover my medicine every other month. It’s insane … every month when I have my medicine renewed, I breathe a sigh of relief like phew. That’s done. I can function now without worry

In terms of getting to things on time, this year I began writing the things down half an hour earlier than they actually start so when I see it on my calendar I think it starts at that time and we have not yet been late to anything all year. Sure we get there early but at least we get a car spot (I suffer from extreme anxiety disorder as well).

I also want to add that I keep each kid’s soccer stuff right next to the front door (boots, shin pads, straps) and as soon as we walk in from training I force them to take it off and put it back in those bags before they’re allowed to enter the rest of the house. This seems to work well now because before it was a nightmare. Things were always missing and in random places.

I tried so many calendars until I started rubbing out each day as it went past (I actually rubbed it out during the same day after the important thing was done). It’s on my fridge and it is quite chaotic but it has space for like future stuff and “notes” and I have my markers and post it type papers in a magnetic holder on top of the calendar which is on the fridge. I also set the same things in my phone calendar and with the reminders. It seems to work if I’m only thinking of the current day at a time and has lasted so far for three months. Also the class parents of my kids classes send reminder texts every morning for what is on that day and that week. They are truly a blessing because with all of the school stuff and sport stuff it’s a nightmare
