I used to live in India and now I was looking for car renting option in India for my upcoming visit. It appears that they are trying an airbnb type model in car rental business where they lease cars from private owners and then sublease the car to the end customer but appear to be incapable of managing and delivering the "self drive" option. So obviously, the problem you faced is likely very common. Thanks for taking the time and inform us, we will use taxis available from hotels instead.

Bro, I had purchased Hyundai Venue in December 2022 and attached my car to the zoomhost platform, on March 16 one person booked and took the car for one day, but even after completing the booking I did not get back car for 2 months, we came to know that he has planned and took the car to Rajasthan and there he caught in some drugs case....now we recovered the car from Rajasthan by spending our money and till now the car is not in the running condition and also the car colour was charged from red to white....the so called zoomcar company is least bothered...the company is cheating both customers and host....
