Hi Tasha, sorry for the delay in getting back to you. No need to pinch it out again, just the once is good and then let it grow.

How am I supposed to using embroidery thread on the needle ? Where should i tie a knot?
@bumpkinhill Жыл бұрын
Sorry for the very late reply! You can tie a knot at the end of the thread after putting the thread on the needle.

I want to embroider on a bunny ear. How do i do the lettering on it ?
@bumpkinhill4 жыл бұрын
Hi Starry! I used to make a lot of Bears and did add embroidery elements to them sometimes. It is much easier if you do the embroidery before sewing it all up. I would use a very simple back stitch for a small area like an ear. Is the Bunny finished or will you be making it?
@seteriberi4 жыл бұрын
@@bumpkinhill hi thank you for your reply. So you suggesting I do on another piece of cloth first, right? Do you have a video of your embroidery on stuffed animals that I could watch as reference ?
@bumpkinhill4 жыл бұрын
@@seteriberi Hi, sorry I don't have a tutorial for that. You can embroider a single initial onto any kind of fabric. However if the bunny fabric is very fluffy I would carefully first trim the inner ears (which is nicer for inside ears anyway) before stitching onto otherwise long hairs can get in the way of the stitches. If you are making the entire bunny then I would embroider the letter before sewing the ear together and attaching to body. You could also choose a pale pink piece of cloth and embroider that on the ear shape and then sew together. If the Bunny is already a finished toy and you want to embroider onto it, that is a bit tricky, but possible. Simply loose the ends of the thread 'inside' the bunny rather than knotting the ends and then use back stitch for the letter. It is tricky to explain with words, I hope this makes sense! Good luck! Catherine
