Truly 'mana'-- a wonderful, flowing melody. Guitars seem to be made for such songs, at least with you playing them.

Dad was a Baptist preacher and Leaning on the Everlasting Arms, took me right back to 1965 singing as we kids were the choir. Great memories!

I love the Hymn Leaning on the Everlasting Arms. Years ago we'd gather as faculty at a Christian School I used to teach at in Southern Calif. during Summer Day Camp playground time. We would sing hymns outdoors while watching the students (while keeping strong eyes on the kiddos). That song sure was a favorite! Prayers for your success during the Calif. and TX trip and safe travels.

I like to look around the studio and count the guitars. I count 6 of them. That is so cool. I wonder how many there are.

Your message today is very uplifting. We can go on through faith and leaning on the arms of Jesus. Our church has a security team of which I am a member. It's sad but necessary in today's world. God bless brother 🙏💕

Doyle, it is a pleasure to watch you listen to the prompting of the Holy Spirit to stop right in the middle of a song to explain that pilgrim is the same as believer. Also, I love to watch you laugh when a guitar lick or sound tickles you. God bless you Brother!

Doyle - You will never know what a blessing you have been in my life. A day doesn’t go by that I don’t listen to your music. I wish we were neighbors . What a time we would have playing gospel tunes together. I bet Rita loves dusting your man cave….LOL😊 God bless my dear Brother ❤️P.S. I believe you are one of the best guitarists in the world. Very few can play a guitar like a piano player. God has used you in a mighty way.

"Home is where the Lord is" wow. Thank you, Brother Doyle. I needed that. I recently moved to Mexico to do mission work, and it's been rough not having a family and being single still. I have good friends here, but it's not quite like "home." But I'm learning exactly what you said, "Home is where the Lord is" and in that I can rest.

One of my favorite old time gospel tunes. I love this tune by the brother gospel groups like Louvin or Stanley. Great message and picking. We should all lean on those arms of our saviour. Consider the lillie’s they have no fear or want we should remember that we will also be provided always.

Brother Doyle, fear not that you “could have done this better” because you did what the Lord wanted you to do. Your message was heard loud and clear by those who were needing to hear it, including me. I’m a faithful and prayerful man who has been in a dry spell, and what you said, and how you said it today, has been just what I was looking for, even though I didn’t know I was looking. I have had the occasion to speak / preach to big groups and came away thinking I sure messed that up. Then to have someone come up to me and tell me that message was spot on for them. So thank you for your “yes” to this ministry. Blessings on your day!
