Only sincere reaction was from Ringo. Worst being Paul, self centered as ever, he finally had the spotlight solely focused on him

How strange the attitude of the reporter talking to Paul. It was almost like "And where were you at the time of the murder? 🤔"

I hate how the reporters with Paul kept shoving their microphones in his face with questions when he just wants to grieve over his friend? And in this moment Paul personality just died watch him in this clip than watch him in the song “She Loves You”

Journos are wankers. Some of their questions are ridiculous. How are these lads supposed to react. Regardless of fame, they were friends before and such a sudden loss hits us all in different ways.

People take a friends or a parents death in different ways at first. I lost both of my parents and it took me a while for it to process, to come to the realization that it happened. And now after years after their death. I'm still grieving over it. They say time heals everything, but I don't believe that. It did help me to cope with it a little better. That's it. I do still grieve to this day.

Those reporters hounding Paul are lucky they got anything out of him at all. Let him take it in for a minute and process it. How the hell are you supposed to react to your brother being taken away? That Elton/Taupin line,"its funny how one insect can damage so much grain" is perfect. The whole song Empty Garden gets me every time.

George is such a cold and distant ass. I understand the religion and philosophy, but it's the reaction that gives out a type of personality. My least favorite Beatle for sure. Ringo is such a sweetheart.

Comments to this video are always full of people without experience(or simply experiencing different reaction on their own) misinterpreting Paul.He was certainly shocked to the core in reality. That it didn't look like that is pretty common reaction. When my dad eventually died of cancer I was surprised that I felt nothing at first. But emotions eventually arrived but it was only after that shock wall fell down.

I never cried for Lennon ..... his life was an ego driven condescending aloof and a loft from all us conventional folk ..... he said unkind, unlikely, & ill will assessments of others and their ways .... his mouth got him NOTICED often and Once too often by the wrong mindset ..... his choices including a screaming woman who divided the Beatles WAS HIS MEASURE ! While harsh - true and as John would do in his many "observations" of anything on earth. His death ended the chance for more music from the four WHO REVOLUTIONIZED modern popular music ...... that I cannot forgive.

"I was very shocked, you know, terrible news. But, ah, ya know fuck him, right. No big deal." Are you going to the funeral? "I don't know, fuck him, ya know, no big loss. He was just another bloke, whatever you know. Well, I have to go pick up some dry cleaning, so cheers, and again, I'd just like to say to Yoko, no big loss, and I never liked you. Well cheers." To the people here, that think his reaction is normal, you're nuts. It's not normal. If he had cancer and it was expected, yes thats normal. He was assassinated. He doesn't show the slightest empathy or sympathy. Not shocked at all. It's like he expected it. Complete narcissist. Fuck you Paul.

You can't quite process things like that right after it happens, he later on talks about it many times and shows much more of everything about it. Imagine having to talk about losing your parents and you're being interviewed live about it in front of the world instead of having your own time to grieve.

I think to a person who’s never experienced the loss of someone so close would see Paul’s reaction as dismissive or insensitive but that’s exactly how I reacted when a similar thing happened to me. Complete numbness for a day or two, it got to a point i thought there was something wrong with me psychologically cus I couldnt even bring myself to cry about it after the immediate shock had worn off. and then after a while has passed it just all hits you out of nowhere and you get so overwhelmed you feel you’ll never be ok again. All the people in the comments saying george or paul didn’t seem to care act like they knew them personally. In the grand scheme of it, only a small part of their genuine inner thoughts and feelings are ever willingly broadcasted to the public and none of us have any real idea how they processed it behind closed doors. You don’t know these people and they’re humans like the rest of us at the end of the day. I think a lot of fans seem to forget that.
