Hello Abhi, thank you for creating this amazing practice. I love your channel very much and I also purchased the premium membership on your app. I think it is good both for beginners and advanced students. If one is advanced, the sessions and explanations are a good review of the techniques and your explanations are excellent- not too much talking. I started doing this routine but I have to pause your video since I am trying to do longer sessions. This is my modification. I would appreciate your input. Kapalabhatti 3x100, breath hold 50 sec on the breath out and 1 min on the breath in with kumbhaka Tumo - 2x50, 1 min breath in hold Bastrika 2x30, breath hold out 45 sec min, in - 1 min Ujjayi - video Nadi Shodana -10 rounds, 8sec in/16 sec hold/16 sec exhale Bhramari 6 rounds

you can't not do those high level meditation without developing chi/pranayama by doing exercises and chi gon, it can be dangerous
