Just to share a little more about my situation, I use an old Samsung tablet that's over 6 years old, (which was gifted to me), and I don’t have access to any fancy recording equipment, cameras or lighting. I rely on free editing software to make these videos in the hope of helping others who are in similar circumstances. Food banks have been a huge support for my family, especially during these tough times, allowing us to keep food on the table. I create these videos not just to share my story but to encourage others to reach out for help when they need it, without feeling ashamed or judged. Sorry to hear about your frustrations. I completely understand your concerns-it can definitely be tough to find food that fits specific dietary needs, especially with health issues. I'm just really grateful for the help we get here, and while it’s not always perfect, this food bank does sometimes offer low-carb breads, and they also provide a weekly low-cost fruit and veggie box, which is a huge help and a great healthy option in addition to the free bread I can get on Tuesdays. I guess it really comes down to what donations are received and what they have at any given time. Thanks so much for watching and sharing your perspective, Cynthia.
