Ah. Makes sense now. When I did my 60 hr keto fast, I drank water but didn't replenish my electrolytes. Got sick as a dog for 3 days. 2 of those days being after I broke the fast.

If you let it the water dry from cleaning it and store it in an air tight container it actually works for the veggies but for the fruits if not put inside the freezer I'm not sure if it will work since fruits contain more liquids than vegetable

If I don't eat a pile of Salad and veggies twice a day even 6 Months on Keto I feel lethargic. This is on going not only at the beginning. At the start it is electrolytes, the rest of the way it is micro nutrients.

Love your narration, but for myself I don't make a big production out of eating sardines. I just dig them out of the little tin cans, put them on crackers, and devour them. Fast and simple is best. You get delicious taste of sardines that smothering them in other foods neutralizes. That said, I still like your video because you"re fun.

Made this, it was so easy and my family loved it. One side note: when you cook salmon from frozen, for some reason, I guess it’s the fat, turns white and rises to the surface. It doesn’t bother me but it does make it look a little less appealing. Still yummy tho!

I just signed up for Thrive Market. As a disabled person who does not drive, my only option to get healthy food was to shop several times a week using the bus. I cant carry much without physical pain so things in large bags or bottles became a luxury purchase. Occasionally, a friend might be able to give me a lift. Now, I can get a bottle of olive oil or a big bag of flour delivered to my home. I can make a curry and know I have enough rice because with a push of a button, it's on it's way! Also, they take EBT.

Still cute as a button. Algorithm brought video to me months ago and again tonight. Nice. (I made the recipe, btw...yum) My daily fix is a packet of tuna mixed with a can of sardines (in water) in a bowl and i add salt, pepper and whatever powdered hot pepper i grab...usually ghost pepper or Slap Yo Mama. Almost 40 gm of protein and a flavor blast to get me going. Thanks!

I tried Artisan’s Coconut Butter. It’s as hard as a rock… not nut butter like at all. I had to chisel pieces loose with a knife.
