@@Captainelduke Wilcox has their own version of a skull crusher (I think the 4 iteration is most current) but it's pretty much Not my 6th or even 10th choice. The Raptor tactical 1st gen sentinels are what I currently have & can sometimes be found at a decent price. They have a gen II now.. Pretty comfortable & provide some bump protection. The Nitecap gets rave reviews, packs down fairly small & is versatile so I cant bash it, but like I said I've never tried it myself. I love the Dual Dovetail THA especially with an AKA2 w/ Dovetail Socket personally. I've had 2 or 3 G24 mounts & passed them all on to someone else. They seem to be more useful with BNVD's & other dual tube setups - not so much the pvs 14 unless you get the newest wilcox Dovetail J-Arm thats offset back to relieve the distance from your eye to the 14's ocular. The Norotos INVG is nice too but yet again I ended up selling it off & going back to the AKA2. Wall of text over :)

Hey mate, nice video. Just wondering if you have any advice on drilling holes in Kevlar helmets? I just picked up an ACH with no frontal hole. Since I don't really like the look of ratchet straps on my helmets I've been thinking about getting it drilled. Good morning, That's a tough one. I don't know of anyone who offers that option aftermarket at a decent price. Most won't touch a job like that because of the potential weakening of the armid matrix & all the troubles that could drop up later in real-world use. Warning, Wall of text coming up. It can be done at home. If I were to do it myself on my own bucket I'd get a couple different Very Sharp drill bits sized to the type of mounting hardware I decided to go with. I prefer the warcom 3 hole pattern. The screws are ultra slim so adding the holes becomes a bit easier. Get your shroud or bracket ect in position on the helmet & mark your reference points. When drilling make sure to keep the correct angle so the screw or screws don't go in & bind. If the drill bit doesn't cut it'll snag a strand of armid & make a complete mess. It's a lot to take in but just think every step out & don't rush the work. Revision makes an adapter that uses the front two chin strap bolts to hold the nvg bracket mount in place but I'm not sure where you're located, that might be an option too. I hope that is some help to you. Let me know if I can do anything else or try & answer any other questions.

@@derekddurbin I think so, I almost picked one up. I just feel guilty paying so much for a bucket. If it's what you want, go for it & I highly doubt you'll regret the purchase. If you're into saving money, you can find them on the 2nd hand market relatively cheap if you look around. Stay safe out there, sir.
