Nice house i like it. The size is Perfect. I always think if you have a lot you must take care a lot and that’s not nice if you spend in a nice country everyday so much time with cleaning and repairing, nice is spend time with travel, visit someone and something else.

No he's not this is only a video, you don't know what goes on when the camera is off, her family is nagging him for money, once the house is finished she'll kick him out, he's not on the deed, she is, another fool building a house he doesn't own.

Hey fellow Oregonian. I’ll be moving there in a month or so.

You're crazy going to a 3rd world country, I'll bet your looking for a wife too? Bring money and you'll find plenty, once you run out of money your kaput.

@@eddieBoxer the Philippines is not a Third World country, that went out with the Cold War, it is a developing country. A Third World country was a nation that did not align itself with the USA, which was a first world country and the Soviet union, which was a second world country. All other countries were considered Third World countries, no matter how rich they were. Switzerland was considered a Third World country during the Cold War and as you know, that is a pretty wealthy nation.

Great location, house looks great. I see that you have used light gauge steel framing. Is this expensive over there compared to concrete and block?

I love simple house because if you decided to go back here in the US, then you still have money. Me I won't put $200k house because ur house is not worth in pinas. B cuz when it's time to sell it, only the foriegner can afford to buy it.

What a great morning. I love to see you just enjoying the morning walk around. At my place I have bananas, coconuts, papayas and mangoes. I should plant some pineapples ... I have a little spot I could plant a few in full sunlight. Thank you for sharing. Subscribed, watched 'til the end, here to support you. We are finally done with our home, a bit smaller than yours, I call our Tiny House. I have pictures on my channel on this account. I'm happy to have found your channel. You sound very young. I'll look through some more videos to get to know you a bit better, but welcome to the Philippines. Our home was in construction on our last visit in 2019, but Covid messed up the retirement plans, so we're back on - be in Guimaras Island on November 5th.

A very beautiful place. You will definitely need to insulate the roof as it will be very loud when the rainy season comes although you could get used to the rain noise 🙂

I like your Filipino home in the Philippines. It looks a lot better than these American prove a point mansions. That require 5 helpers to clean and maintain. The the only true purpose they serve is to employ a lot of good Filipino workers. Normally they are high stress, keep your hands off, dirty finger prints sad places.
