Good question. No, the land was bought separately. I’m not sure what the value of the land is. But, usually land prices here are quite reasonable, particularly when compared to western countries.

Not far from Pagadian City. I’m not sure who the general contractor is. I’m only loosely related to the gentleman in the video who designed the house. Good question. We are collecting info and I hope to have the answer in a follow up video.

Nico House but personally I could Never live in something like that as I cam to the Philippines to Downsize and simplify life not transplant what i have in the States as i would rather travel and enjoy the islands then be stuck to a house. And imagine all the good things you could do to help others as I much prefer your simpler house with more land and less worries.
