Thank you for even caring to comment on how you feel about this! Sadly this is the reality of me struggling with addiction. I would love to be able to be clean off it and I know my life will be better off it, but sometimes I betrayed myself and my belief, for whatever excuses I made for myself. That is also a “negotiation” phrase. Lacking self control is one thing, and chasing dopamine is another. One simply cannot deny what are the negative consequences I am facing when i’m addicted to it. Whatever I am feeling I am getting from playing that game, is a lie. I just have to really admit it. I don’t mean to make you feel like you are rooting for my change but then I disappoint those who wish the good for me. Wish you a good day! I

We have this luxury problem of what to do with our time. Should we blame the game for its addictive nature? Should we blame ourselves for not finding something more meaningfull or less exhausting to do? Should we blame society for not giving us opportunities to be truely productive or enjoy social life? My urge of grinding this game went away, but it took some seasons. So i started playing less in general and surf more and do research. Which can become an obsession too. I reignited the LoL grind, but only for 4 months, now i naturaly just want to play one or two games a day. I hope you find something intersting to do and am curious where you will go 😊

You are definitely welcome in Germany. If you're thinking about staying long-term, you could consider applying for German citizenship. Since you already speak German well (you said you lived in Germany for 10 years), you have a good chance of qualifying. Germany often grants citizenship to people who speak the language and are part of the community. I understand that you don't always feel welcome right now, but I believe that if you became more involved in German life and culture, you might feel differently. Of course, the choice of where to live is entirely yours. You have experience in different cultures, so you know what's best for you. If you decide to stay in Germany, fully embracing the language and customs could make a big difference in how you feel. Of course I don't want to sugarcoat Germany. Germany is in my opinion without family and friends not a nice place to live. So you have to think about family and friends - will you be able to have that in Germany? If yes, stay. If no, I would understand why you would leave Germany.

My comment is gone. I said you should maybe leave Germany, because it is full of lies. There is a pseudo-progressive, woke western culture propagandized and lived. Nato, climate, covid. The idea that the AfD is quasi N*azi is another lie. I like Germany if i am abroad for the way of learning you mentioned and other things, like cleanliness, security, decency. But leaving a country can be great, just for the change of point of view and to widen the horizon.

@@yappykaki I have seen this before with other KZbinrs: They get comments deleted and then their audience gets mad because they think it is the Streamer. In this case i think it was the word "N*zi" i used. I think the AfD is just a conservative and liberal (in european sense) party. They are demonized because all the older parties stick together and did all the politics together, be it great coalition or the "Ampel". I do not like the latent xenophobia and nationalism within the AfD, which is why i vote BSW ("far left"). Yet i agree with all the crticism of the AfD towards major issues like Corona, Ukraine, EU, Media control and climate. You will not be expelled because you look asian. In fact the AfD has peolpe with migration backround in their ranks, ethiopian, iranian ect. About 20% people vote AfD and it is ironicly undemocratic if not facistoid to ban a party, which some proclaimed.

Europe doesn’t share the same sentiment about what this right-wing party is doing, but I do agree with you. I’ve heard the same from many Germans, who believe that the right-wing German party is essentially a modern form of Nazism. I think the issue here is that Europe has been facing challenges with actual criminal immigrants-people who enter without documents, without regulation, and with no intention of contributing positively. These individuals often disrupt people’s lives. What many don’t understand is that there is a distinction between migrants and illegal immigrants. Everywhere I went in Europe, I felt welcomed. Europe does welcome migrants from all over the world who want to work, enjoy the culture, or simply live. I live in Amsterdam my roommate is from Singapore and Hong Kong, and I have never witnessed any discrimination. Although I’m Italian, I have family in Germany, and they don’t like what is happening with this right-wing party they are well aware of the word twisting the party is doing. Also i felt lost disassociated myself from my italian culture so i felt the need to explore things that appealed to me i went to belgium , swizerland and now Amsterdam i think its good to try different things out even just for travel so that you have a clear idea of what you enjoy the most and its never too late i started doing this at the age of 30
@ChickenSate10 күн бұрын
Insecurity from illegal immigrants is a fake problem to make people talk. The real stakes from massive immigration are economical. You can't call people "naz*" because they want to control the fluxes a little more, as there is literally no control today. I mean everyone was so scared about Italy and literally nothing happened. Also, European right wing parties are a thousand times less extreme than any parties in place in any asian countries. Kaki says she likes Japan, what happens in Europe would be impossible there, but nobody calls them that way 🤨

There's more to hunting than simply taking the life of an innocent animal. The knowledge, planning, logistics, resource and time management, discipline, and skill required to dispatch the animal, how to dress it properly so you can efficiently claim the spoils, how to clean the carcass to preserve it as long as possible so nothing goes to waste. I don't personally agree with trophy hunting endangered animals, but sport hunting as a means of population control for wild animals with no natural predators or for protection of local farms/crops are still pretty vital even in modern times

Recommend visiting a doctor firstly if you haven't yet. Pcos, diabetes, hypothyroidism, sleep apnea; God forbid, but having any of these could be heavily impacting your energy levels negatively. Now, when the addicted mind is confronted with the thought of visiting the doctor, it contemplates the amount of effort and energy it will have to expend. It will make you yawn, feel tired, and it will feel like your body/brain are going through a computer shutdown cycle. Take notice and challenge it, but don't fight it. Instead show understanding and compassion towards your mind and take your turn to explain what direction you would like to move in and reasons why. About the phone thingy, I can relate. Without realizing it I became unable to sleep a single night without having a video play because of anxiety. Before I would jump off league and sleep on the bed with my own terms. Now is a struggle, not good!

League of Legends is a game that gives us a refuge, but it is an illusion, giving us the satisfaction of achieving goals, competitiveness, ranks, and all of that becomes stronger than reality itself, which is very false... I have gone 28 days without playing LoL, and my mindset has completely changed. There was no way for me to control the game because when I told myself I would play, for example, 6 games and accomplished it, my mind remained anxious, waiting for the next opportunity to play. This dependency is very serious. This game reinforces procrastination and feelings of stagnation in life. It is better to suffer today and leave it behind than to suffer the consequences in the future for not having made the decision in time. A hug

@yappykaki I understand you. We look for any moment to play a few games. It feels like the reward of the day. We wait for this moment, and when it finally comes, after a few games, we feel incomplete. It's like a rollercoaster of emotions. It's a team game, but even the team fights among themselves. I was two years without playing LoL, then I went back in October 2023, thinking I could moderate it. I spent that whole year until December 2024 trying to control it. I tried many methods, but nothing worked. That anxiety was always there. In the last few days before quitting, I was playing daily, and one time I even spent 10 hours just in matches. That’s when I realized this was wrong and that there’s no way to moderate. It’s all or nothing. I wish you the best. 🙏

Been following you for a while now. Your content is very relatable and helpful as someone who struggles to become unstuck in life, so I appreciate your videos. When it comes to the waste bin, your mind is actually being very rational. You currently have a working method to dispose of trash so why exert the extra energy/money to purchase a new bin?(the mind rationalizes). The first step is to notice the resistance and excuses your mind gives you the moment you think about obtaining a new waste bin. The second step is to repeatedly challenge your mind and ask it if it is moving you in the direction that YOU desire. Ps. Since you are a professional yapper, consider making Teamfight Tactics content as an option. All the top TFT streamers just yap nonstop, so I think you would be well suited, no flame.

Thank you Kaki ❤ for being both heartfelt and honest but also in sharing such an experience that resonated with. Currently I'm trying to bring myself to be more present and though I've had a troublesome childhood and early adult years (not to your extent), it is something that I have to now work through realising that I am the one who was quite immature about my life despite my experiences and that it's when we get down and dirty that we'd be able to see ourselves progress beyond our situation. I really really do appreciate you and not knowing the kind of path is so so scary if that's all we focus our attention on but if we do whatever it is in our powers to change albeit slowly, that's all we can ask for. I don't have my bachelor's, my peers graduated and God knows what they're doing aside from posting their best lives and I've honestly let myself go so badly. Believe me I understand that self-care and just doing anything is what can bring me back but I've wasted three years living with my parents whilst doing nothing. It does bring me shame and that feeling of falling behind without being able to want or need things for myself. I'm no victim and my situation does suck at the moment but I'm just trying to do whatever it is. And I'm really not all too picky about what I do because people don't even get the opportunities to do what I do. I've long begun to let go of my pride and ego, and just do what I need to do and bring myself to be such a clean person. I'm happy that you've fought tooth and nail to get to where you are and I am proud of you, given you're a role model to me with how similar our insights and experiences are. Your Omegle experience reminds me of mine however I never took it as far as seeing the person however the closeness was in that way with the toxicity. Thank you again Kaki.
